The property and area manager blocked my online access to pay my November bill on time by putting their own insurance for me to pay when I already have a current insurance thats up-to-date. ********* (property manager) lied that my insurance expired August 2023 which wasnt true when I spoke to my ***************** (********, *********) the other day who verified Im up-to-date with my payment and my bank account shows the proof of money being paid every month up to November. She is now caught lying. He (*********) also mentioned that they send Securcare statement every month about my payment status and they cannot lie anymore that I do not have insurance. The problem now, is that the facility is closed for 2 days and no one can remove the online blockage thats keeping me from paying my bill on time because the area manager is nowhere to be reached too. Something is terribly wrong here and I suspect theyre trying to delay and scam me so I will be paying a late fee that is their fault, even fraudulent.
