Digital Auto Technology ) at **** ******* ****** **** * ********* ** *****) offers an EXCHANGE program via EBay. The purchaser orders the needed part from the company and then the company puts a hold on your credit card until they receive the old part from you. Once they receive your old auto part to refurbish, they credit the purchase amount back to your card. The business transaction went successfully but the problem occurred when a 3rd party out of the country somehow tried to hack into my bank account. This had nothing to do with digital auto technology company. Unfortunately I had to shut down all of my accounts and create new accounts with new passwords. I called EBay (service request # 1-***************) who says their company must send the payment back to the original card that the payment was taken off of. In this situation that account was closed down permanently. I also contacted the company Digital Auto Technology who said they DO see the transaction on the computer but that EBay handles all the financial transactions. I called both companies again but both companies say the other company is responsible for the money. I am even willing to accept $200 on a Visa card purchased at any local store. I would accept a money order or if necessary open a separate account to deposit the money into if needed. I would just like for whichever company is responsible for refunding me my money to please refund me my money in any way possible.
