On May 28, 2023, I ordered a pair of gloves and a harness (Order Number: ******) from Black Diamond Equipment, Ltd.'s website (https://www.*********************.com/en_US/). On May 29, 2023, I ordered a backpack (Order Number: ******) from Black Diamond. After receiving those two packages, I applied for the return of the gloves from the first order and the backpack from the second order according to their return policy. On June 14, 2023, Black Diamond emailed me the two Return Authorization (RA) Numbers (RA Number ******; RA Number ******) according to my return application and asked me to send the returned goods back to their address. (Black Diamond Returns **** ***** **** **st Salt **** ***** ** ******. On June 16, 2023, I used UPS to mail the two goods back in one package (UPS tracking number is ******************). I tracked the package and found that Black Diamond received the package on June 20, 2023. According to Black Diamond's return policy, once they receive my package, the return will be processed in 7-10 business days. On July 9, 2023, I emailed Black Diamond ([email protected]) and inquired about the return process, but no reply. On July 14, 2023, I emailed Black Diamond again, but still no reply. I called Black Diamond (1-************* *************** last Thursday and Friday, but their phone was closed. I called them this Monday again, I waited for 15 minutes, but still, nobody answer the call. It's almost one month since they received my return, but I still have not received the refund, even a return processing email. I tried to contact them, but no response. I want to get my refund back immediately! Hope BBB will assist me and protect my customer right!Business response

As stated in the complaint, customer has the complete wrong business. She is filing a complaint against Black Diamond Equipment, LTD, which is not affiliated with Black Diamond Valet whatsoever. We do not sell any products. This is all incorrect. WRONG BUSINESS. Please remove this complaint.Initial Complaint

I went to a wedding and used this Valet service due to Downtown Los Angeles being over crowed with no parking. At the end of the night upon returning my ticket to **** to get my car the workers took forever to bring me my car everyone after me was getting there cars no problem .when I did finally receive my car a young kid maybe 18 was driving. I didn't think nothing of it but when I finally got my car it was hit by what appears to be a white vehicle. The next day I contacted the business and was given the run around before they completely went ghost . Didn't wanna give me any information about who was driving my car or if they had insurance. Luckily I'm insured but If I wasn't this business is very unprofessional with handling issues of such. When you give your car to valet you expect it to be treated with care and this business has no capacity to do so
