      I had to send a piece of furniture out for a warranty repair. Was told 1 week to repair. After 3 weeks and no word on the repair we began calling to find out the status of our repair. Multiple calls later we were told our piece was ready. No explanation for why there was a delay, and no calls letting us know there would be a delay. We had only had this furniture a little over a month when it had to go in for repair which took 4 weeks. Poor quality goods being sold, and then taking several weeks to repair. Stay away from Becks Furniture, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. Customer service only had an Im sorry as the response. Didnt put themselves in the customers position.

      I purchased an futon for $388.95 plus tax and a 5 year insurance policy. It was suppose to be heavy duty..college boy loved it, I was told. It lasted 4 years 10 months before springs broke. It was determined irreparable and I was offered payout or replacement. I liked the futon, so opted for replacement. There were three available futons the day I went in to choose a new futon. While I was trying to secure one, they sold all three to other customers! After much discussion with customer service, they were suddenly able to find a replacement and delivered it June 26,2020. The replacement was an updated style, I thought. But it turned out to be manufactured by ******* and cheaply made with weaker springs and hinges. First a hinge broke after six month. **** came out, replaced the hinge and left a big hole in the underneath material the broken hing made. A year later the other end of the futon gave way. Another hinge and another spring or two. Due to the overall apparent weakness of the futon, the technician recommended replacement. Follow up after that was all done on my part. When I called 2-7-2022, they told me they were looking for a replacement. Today when I called to see what was happening, I was first told I had been cashed out. News to me. When they transferred me to another department of the insurance company, out of ************, **., I was told because of Covid, it could take five or six months or longer for a replacement or they, as a courtesy, could offer me $199. That was probably the worth of the cheaper replacement they passed off for an equal value to my original futon. Finally, after I asked to speak to the supervisor, the up the refund to $379. The papers are being sent by mail for me to accept. I will never shop at ****** again. ********************

      I have pictures of a price tag that was on Recliner with blue lights. I did address the Manager about the $999.99 price tag but no action was taken. Im a customer that was misled and very angry of how it wasnt acknowledged when I proved my point! The question was why wouldnt you have the $1199.99 tag on it if that was the price? Plain and simple answer. Although, I never received a legitimate answer. I felt discriminated against and this is why I still paid the price to show that I wasnt looking for any hand outs. Cash price of $1,445.00 and now I feel like I never should of purchased with a company with such discrepancies of the amount? No Salesman to assist or anything just based on what I saw. I have pictures as I explained.

      Thank you for your feedback, We apologize if there was any confusion on pricing, as we remember you spoke to our Floor Manager and Store manager, it was explained to you the pricing of $999.99 was for the manual piece, you purchased a power piece which is more than our manual piece.

      I bought a Valentino bedroom set October 2020 paid full upfront was told it would be back ordered until January. Decided to wait due to Covid I understand shipping can take longer didnt receive anything until June and even then partial order. it is now August and vanity and chest still no word on ETA. Aside from the horrible shipping the quality of the furniture is horrible the white rubs right off when I contacted customer service I was told it was a chemical I used to clean it NO CARE INStructions provided and never used harsh chemicals to clean it! A total waste of 2500$!
