The team was amazing! I had a plan to put in a particular system, but Connected Tech helped me understand why my plan would not work the way I hoped and helped put together a system that is working better than I was even hoping for. Im the kind of guy that does my homework because Ive felt let down by vendors who are clueless about their products. But in this case, I got totally expertise and professionalism from the Connected Tech team. Special kudos to *********** who did the install. Top notch all the way!!!Review from Emmett C

Connected Technology just completed our Solar Panel and Battery Backup installation. Our entire experience with them was outstanding. They are extremely knowledgeable about all the technology, worked with us to define requirements that met our needs, and proposed and installed all equipment professionally and on the planned timeline, including a change in scheduling tasks we asked them to do to accommodate an unexpected conflict that popped up on our part. They answered all our questions about the technology and process for getting approvals. Their entire staff was a delight to work with, keeping us informed throughout the installation, including when they would arrive, what they would be doing, if we had any questions, and what was planned for the next day. We wholeheartedly strongly recommend them for your solar and battery installations.

Connected Technology met all the above criterions with exceptional good quality - one of the conduits was not EXACTLY parallel to the other one, on the final inspection it was corrected, the value of knowing things are done A to Z without need to intervein is not something I am used to any more. Here was asked a few questions at the initial conversation and it seemed to bee all the was needed to get the plans, permit, installation and the final county inspection. all the work was done very clean and the site was left with nothing for me to clean after the job was completed. The company was extremely responsive and listened to my request to pull in the installation if possible. and to top it off every milestone was met on the original schedule.Highly recommended.Connected Technology Response

Connected Technology (Tim C*** and Aidan B******) did a great job. They were right on time, finished quickly and cleaned up fully. The work was completed professionally in all respects. Connected Technology is a terrific resource if you need an electrician! They are very helpful, efficient, and professional. i have called them twice and have been very impressed with their knowledge and quick response. We wanted to have an EV charging station installed before we purchased an EV and knew our electrical panel would probably need to be replaced in order to do so. I requested bids on the job(s) from a few different companies and Connected Technology was the only company to get back to me. They were willing to work with my timeline and their bid seemed reasonable. I am glad we decided to work with them. They installed the panel one day and came back two days later to install the charger. The electricians that came to the house were friendly and professional. Their work was exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any electrical work.Connected Technology Response
