If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! So normally would by local but I came across these for my mom for Mother's Day and I order them from my sister and I. THIS is what was delivered to and they were supposed to be delivered Saturday. They can send a new shipment on May 23rd so I said no I want a refund because im not waiting another week. They did refund the shipping but why should I pay anything for the trash that was delivered to my mother. They are only giving me 50% back for these flowers and a dozen broken strawberries

Mothers Day gifts that didnt arrive after charging extra for delivery by Mothers Day :-( total break down of trust.

My sister ordered me chocolate covered strawberries. The day they arrived, I was home and received the package directly from the ***** driver. Upon opening the box, the ice pack bags were completely melted. The berries were chilled. As instructed, I ate them within 24 hours of receiving them and around 4am on MOTHERS DAY, I woke up with bad stomach pain, diarrhea and vomiting! I do not recommend this place at all. There is nothing safe about the way they transport their berries.Google Sharis Berries food poisoning and youll see. These business needs to be SHUT DOWN for sanitary purposes!!

If I could give less than one star I would! I have no clue how they are still in business even more so how they are allowed to advertise on television with a commercial. I know how they can afford it and thats by scamming people.

My order was great! Ordered strawberries and flowers for mom on mother's day. Perfect delivery and delicious strawberries. My mom was very happy!

Horrible, horrible! Dont put days for delivery if the product isnt going to be delivered that day!

Ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines day and they arrived 5 days after. The strawberries were rotten and had to be thrown out. I contacted them via email requesting a refund for my purchase with no response.

They did give a full refund, but you have to keep telling them thats what you want. They try a credit, then 50% and a redelivery, then if you keep telling them they will do a full refund. The product is really a rip off tho. $60 for a dozen strawberries i couldnt track the delivery on. They when they can the box was wet and sticky and the strawberries were crushed.

Order for valentines day not received so I contacted customer service and was given a new order to be delivered 2 days later. I reluctantly agreed since this was a gift for my granddaughter. That second delivery also did not arrive even after several calls to customer service. I was not able to track the new number as it was not listed. **************** lied to me so many times. I finally got an email at 630 pm that it had been delivered but it had not. **************** said that it was actually out for delivery and to call back after 8 pm. No delivery as of 8pm. Called customer service and asked for a supervisor. More lies as they said one would call me back that night. Nope. Called next day and again asked for supervisor call was repeatedly disconnected during so called transfer. Asked for refund. Was offered partial refund, I said no and I wanted to talk to supervisor. Was told one would call me within 90 minutes. Never happened. Finally was told I would get full refund. We will see. I made 12 phone calls in 2 days to this company trying to find out why neither of my orders were delivered. Worst customer service I have Ever experienced. Do not use unless you don't care whether your item is delivered or not.

Poor customer service and late delivery. What good is a *********** present on the 15th? and still had to go back to work after hours to get it. After complaining they refunded shipping cost. A lot of good that did when you had to go out shopping at the last minute to make up for their incompetence. Will never use them again.
