In May of 2021, an employee named KJ from the Glass Guru of **********, ** destroyed one of my glass end tables and left my black lamp damaged while installing a new window in my living room. Despite this, ** charged me full price for the installed window and he took my destroyed glass end table with him. He told me that he could build me a new glass end table. ** had another employee with him that day. Prior to installing the new living room window, ** told me that I needed to move no more furniture and that he had enough room to install the window.At that point, I had owned the glass end table and black lamp for nearly 17 years. I purchased both items from the ******************** which went out of business over a decade ago. I communicated with Glass Guru Compliance Director ***************** **************************************** for a while via email about the issue and nothing was accomplished with *****************. I need to be monetary compensated for the two destroyed furniture items. ***************** can also be reached at *************
