Purchased a Richmond American Home who used Sonray as a sub-contractor. We closed on the home in July 2022. Sonray was tasked with the roof, gutter as well as several other aspects of the home's construction. Upon initial walkthrough I noticed what appeared to be a wrnkled painter's tarp on my roof. This turned out to be flashing that was installed so pourly as to resemble a wrinkled cloth. I pointed this out to them at the time and until now nothing has been done and reecntly was told the only remedy they would provide was to paint the flashing to match the roof. This is unacceptable as only a cosmetic fix. The crew from Sonray thay worked on my home installed the gutter poorly and had almost all of the downspouts installed incorrectly which did not drain to the gutters and poured off the side of my house instead casusing damage to my EV charging station. Sonray has since been out and replaced and repostioned the downspouts. I feel Sonray is refusing to fix the flashing due to this and is not standing by thier work.
