I bought my apartment in ********** ** ************************** 19 on April 2021. This has an association group that pays monthly $593 per month that covers maintenance of the building, water and any damages to the building. It also includes damages outside of the apartments, roof exterior, walls, and terraces. February ***************************** the living room of my apartment, I took a photo of it and sent an email to the building manage at AllPro Association Management www.AllProHOA.com attention *************************** *********************************** ********************. The reply I got for the first email I sent was that more pictured were needed, I sent another set of 10 more pictures, then I was told to give him the story of the water leak... ??. Since February 2023 I have sent emails asking when they will come to repair the leak. At first I was told that they were going to discuss my request at their monthly meeting. Now they are not answering my emails. I also spoke with the building manager and her response was you have to talk to *******. I don't know what to do, raining season will start soon, Im concern about fungus and if that happens it will create a lot more work, please let me know what you suggest that I do.
