We hired this Co. in May, 2022, after much research because they were in business 35 years with good reviews. We spent $46,000 on a complete backyard remodel. The contract stated they would start Aug. 1, 2022. They didn't start until the middle of Aug. 2022. We had many problems: late starting project; no shows; wrong rocks delivered; what was in the contract was ONE GALLON plants and instead we got 1 quart plants. They were supposed to plant everything in NEW soil and REMOVE the clay soil, instead, they planted everything in the clay soil. Now, almost everything is dead and/or dying. I have called repeatedly starting early April, then several times in May, and I've emailed a few times. They sent someone out once, he replanted a few things, but they are dying too. No response. All the plants need to be replaced or replanted in good soil, and the clay soil needs to be removed. The drip system is not working properly. I called again today, 5-25-23, and got an email from the owner saying they are ***** *** ****** **********. My yard needs all new plants and soil, and after spending $46,000, I have to buy all new plants myself, and hire someone to do all the work. M****** Cole, Owner, did say he would give me his discount with the nursery, but that doesn't help a whole lot and doesn't include the major cost of the replacement which is labor. I'm asking them to re-do the problem areas, or refund me about $5,000 so I can hire someone else.
