I bought a gift for my significant other on Nov 23. I paid for priority shipping (1-3 days) the order total was 252.98$.The address I provided was not the address that my package was labeled with. I live in a city that does not have mail boxes only P.O. Boxs. As ***** and **** have instructed me to do so I label my zip code with the last for being my P.O. Box. (97014-0391) the package label did not match my last 4 (97014-6715). My post office manager informed me she had to return the package to sender as they did not match exactly. I contacted BadAssBeard company, the confirmed my address (the exact address I provided originally) and resent my package with 2-4 day shipping on dec 1. I requested a refund for my priority shipping as it has now been over a week from my original order date. The response I received from Badassbeardcare was as follows, I'm sorry but since it was placed with a wrong address we will not refund the shipping. We have shipped this twice now and did not charge you for the second shipment. Thank you for understanding why we are unable to do this as we are a small Veteran owned company. If you have any other questions please let me know! :) I should not be charged for the priority shipping I did not receive, nor should I have to pay for the second shipment to the correct address which they labeled incorrectly I have pictures of my order, package labeled incorrectly and all the emails between the company and myself
