I purchased Solar Panels from Aptive Solar in Oct 22. They were bought out by Infinity Energy. Infinity Energy finished trying to set-up the panels Aptive started. They were unable to turn on the Panels they finished installing. Since Jan of this year have not been taking messages and their web page says they are no longer in business! What the Heck!! I have panels on my roof that do not work, and a contract with Orignialy Aptive ********** Infinity Energy that has been broken. I will have to find some company to remove these panels and replace my roof. Not to mention I have been paying a high Electric bill every month that was to be lowered with the purchase of these panels. Over 18 months of not getting any credit for the panels I signed up for.I know I am not the only one losing here, there are plenty of disappointed clients on their Web-page saying the same thing. What to do now??

I was driving down highway ************************* the company's vehicle swerved lanes and struck my car. My car is undriveable from the collision. I went through the insurance information they provided and after everything was filed, their insurance for coverage of my deductible was declined due to lapse in coverage and payment. When we sought out the individual driver, he was also without insurance. This company is operating vehicles with drivers that are completely uninsured, making it unsafe for everyone around them. When I have tried to contact them, they have about 13 different numbers listed on their website, all of which are dead numbers. I believe this is a faulty company. I am seeking compensation in the amount of $1000 to cover my deductible and I also think the legitimacy of this company should be investigated.

I had Solar Panels installed by another company in August 2023 (Shield Energy). ****** never completed the project so the finance company Everbright, stepped in (March 2023) to make sure they find another ************* to complete the project. They hired Infinity to complete the project. It is now 1/25/2024 and the job is not yet complete. They upgraded my Electrical Panel on 11/2023 and has yet to come back to patch up the holes on the side of my house and in my garage. They first scheduled for 1/15/2024, then moved it to 2/12/2024 and then moved it again to 3/5/2024. Not to mention, my home insurance sent me a notice that they would drop me from coverage because of the panels not being properly completed. Other complaints:1 - During *** upgrade, techs came to house and then didn't have the parts stating that all Credit Cards were maxed so they had to return in November to install 2 - In December, they scheduled an inspection with ****** KNOWING that the *** still needed to be patched. ****** failed it obviously 3 - They ripped out drywall in my garage during *** where my EV Socket is basically hanging and being held up by tape.4 - There phone number doesn't even work anymore and I can't get someone to reply to me in a timely manner

Solar panel installation remains incomplete with no further communication from the company. Original contract signed in July 2022, partial installation in Sept 2023, but no further response from this company and no power generation is possible as work was not completed.

Review from ********** 1 star 01/22/2024 Infinity Energy sold and installed my solar panels back in 2018, I was told that the system has a 10-year warranty. I got an email saying that Infinity Energy had upgraded their monitoring system to a 4G system and that I could either buy a new 4G transmitter for my system or connect my system through the internet. As I was setting it up, I noticed that several of my panels were not producing power. I called them and was told they would send a tech out on 11/28/2023 to diagnose my system. The 11/28 came and no one showed, and I received no call so, I called them and kept getting voice mail I left my name and number at least 20 times from 11/29 to 12/15 no call back. I thought maybe my appointment was for 12/28 so, I waited and started calling back after 12/28. Now I get a message stating the number is not in service and, I have tried every number that I can find for the company that I was given and every number that I could find on their web page. I am in debt for at least $18,000.00 that is remaining on my loan, for a system that is not performing at the output level that it should be performing. These are all of the phone numbers that I have found and tried to contact the company, ************* ************* ************* *************. I have even tried to call all the numbers today 1/22/2024 at 9:30 am and was unable to reach anyone.

We contracted with Infinity Energy in June of 2020 to install Tesla batteries for our existing solar panels. They completed installation in December 2020. But it didnt pass county inspection. Finally in June of 2023 they agreed to finish the work the county required. That was completed in July and the county signed off on it. The batteries immediately ceased working. In September it was diagnosed that 2 of the batteries needed to be replaced. It was also discovered that some of the installation was done incorrectly. That was all supposedly fixed in November. We still dont have the *** from PGE. Infinity is no longer responding to my emails (they never responded to phone calls). I have no idea if my system is installed correctly or how to get the ***. Because PGE hasnt signed off on the project we dont get the lowest rates for purchased power. I was in contact with one of their installers who says the company is no longer in business. However their website is still up and it appears they are still soliciting business. I want my system finished and the *** from PGE! AND I want a refund for our energy bills over the last 3 years.

On February 28th, 2023 I signed the contract for Infinity Energy to install a solar system on my property. I paid a $1,000 deposit soon after. The permit to install it was approved on May 30th, 2023. It is now January 17th, and still no installation done or date set. I had an appointment for them to come install in October, and they never showed up. They said they never put me on the calendar despite confirmation of the appointment over text. There was supposed to be another day for them to install that never happened. I took that day off of work for it to happen too. I keep asking for updates or to set a date, and every time I was told to call back another day or told to talk to someone else. I've been told different excuses throughout the process and had to even compromise on gettin a sub panel instead of a main panel replacement for the same price under the threat that they would cancel my job if I did not consent to the change. I just want the system i committed to and paid for to be installed.

Infinity Energy installed my solar panel system, which came with a warranty through ***********. The project was finished, and payment was settled in August. However, on November 30, we received a notice from *********** stating that the warranty was canceled due to Infinity Energy's failure to pay the premium. I am requesting either the completion of the payment for *********** or a refund of the warranty premium.
