Around Jun 2021, I went to the clinic of Elite Medical spoked the receptionist and the MD he advised me if I need to be done is liposuctions into my chin, for set up appointment I need to do down payment $1000.00 and total cost for the procedure $3200.00 and she asked me to sign and she told me to e mail me all the procedure need to be done before the surgery. My appointment is on October 20th around 8:00 am . Around October 6, 2021, I called the clinic and spoked to receptionist "Cystal" I told her my son is active for Covid ***************************** I need to cancel my appointment and I told her if I can get my money back she told me ok we will refunded you I will let the accounting to refund your money. Been waiting for my refund more that a months. And call them back around Nov. again I talked to Cystal about my refund she stated to f/up and she said I thought you already received your refund. I told her not yet but maybe if i can do different procedure she stated ********** is on vacation he will be back on next week. She gave me appointment on Dec. ******* around 1 pm. When I came ********** was there he told me I don't need to do my nose he cannot do it the way I like. He told me to do different procedure but I told him, I am not ok about that. He left , he went to different room Cystal came and asked me to sign a paper and if I want to do filler for nose I need to pay extra $600.00. I told her why I need to pay more $600.00 if I have $1000.00 deposit money and she told me for nose filler cost only $400.00 meaning I have more $600.00 left if I will do my nose. Cystal gaving me different story that I could understand but ********** stated my deposit money was been gone because I cancel my appointment. I told him I never cancel my appointment I got Covid he stated that is not our problem. I left the clinic and until this time they never refund my money back.
