On march 18th of this year I bout a car from cost less auto in *******. And I have had problems with it ever sense, the car is having electric problems and the transmission is going out of it and cost less isn't doing anything about it and told me not to come back to his businessBusiness response

3 months after purchase the customer did experience the check engine light coming on. She took to a mechanic who scanned the codes stored in the vehicle system and reset them. They road tested the vehicle and found no drivability concerns. Within 70 miles the check engine light came back on. Without doing a full diagnostic, the mechanic shop told the customer the codes could be referring to the turbo failing on the vehicle. We at Cost Less Auto advised to bring the vehicle to us for a free diagnostic. We found codes P2227 and P0236. After troubleshooting and diagnosing we found a failed MAP sensor. The customer was notified and she authorized a replacement. We replaced the part within 1 day, put fuel in the vehicle because it was dropped off on empty, and road tested the vehicle for 120 miles. All codes were cleared and monitors were set. No trouble codes came back. There were no drivability issues at that time. Customer did not come pick the vehicle up for a week. This repair would normally cost $250 or more at any shop. We completed this repair as a favor for the agreed price of $80. At this time this repair order still has not been paid. Customer originally purchased this vehicle as is. All paperwork and documentation were clearly explained to her. We have gone above and beyond to handle her concerns in a timely manner
