EB Community Managers is the property manager for our condo development's HOA. They are responsible for all communication and ensuring the upkeep of the common areas of the development. This winter's storms brought down a section of fence that provides privacy between our condo unit (including another one across from us) and the neighboring apartment complex. We also had (potential) structural damage to our roof, which is also the responsibility of the HOA/property manager.EB Community Managers responded to my first email inquiring about the damage, where I also expressed concern over the condition of our roof and the upcoming rains. The property manager, *********************, let us know he was looking into both items. That was 3 weeks ago. After a number of emails and phone calls, EB Community Managers has cut off all communication and hasn't responded to any concerns since the first and last email. We're not out any money at this point, but our hands are tied in being able to fix our situation without proper communication. Under CA real estate law and their obligation as property managers, their lack of communication is bordering on negligence and we hope to have a resolution as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

We are a household of 3 people, living in one of the houses owned by Eugene Burger Management Corp.An abandoned home right next to ours, which is also owned by the same corporation, was left unattended for months to the point that a pest infestation has occurred. Bugs and insects are seen in the abandoned home, and they crawl over to our home to find food and shelter. We do not feel safe living in the house and find this a health hazard that the *** is responsible for. We called more than 10 times but no one ever came to treat the infestation despite false promises from the receptionist. The 1st phone call *************) happened in early May and since then, we made follow up and complaint call every week. ******, one of the desk receptionists, told me that the pest company would come the following Friday but they never showed up. Her excuses included pest manager quitting, pest company demands owed payments from the corporation before coming for treatment, and they are trying to secure new company. I wrote email a month ago with no response. The photos attached were taken early in the issue phase and now it has gotten much worst. Over the last 1.5 months, this issue persists and continues to get worst. Please help. Thank you so much.Initial Complaint

This property management company illegally withheld funds and refused to respond to emails and phone call. I was told numerous times that the "check is in the mail" and three month later I still have not received my refund.
