I recently acquired a 2014 mazerati ghibli sq4. I went online and typed in maserati mechanic near me. Rohnert park transmission. I call and the guy says we don't work on Maserati's here. I went to the business and asked if they work on ********'s the gentleman stated he was the owner. So I asked him about the rambling claim to have mechanics up to date all models of maserati, their mechanics have years of knowledge working on all maseratis's. They go as far as to state they want to be the go to facility so you don't have to go to the Maserati Authorized Dealership and none of the above claims of having up to date technology to take care of any problems with your Maserati. I would let this go but this business owner became irritated that I brought up his business ad online. He said are you trying to cause trouble. That's when I said thanks for your time and left. I'm not sure if I'm in the right department. Is this something that would fall into any BBB category. Can someone help me, or point me in the right direction of someone who can. In Response To ****************************** called our shop and asked over the phone, if we had worked on Maserati's, to which my Service Manager said "we do not." ******* then proceeded to state that it was written on our website that we did in fact work on Maserati, to which my service manger responded that he was unaware that it said that and he was very sorry to mislead anyone. That ended that conversation. On the same day ******* called in another 2 times to complain about our website and frankly, was rude to my service manager for something he truly was unaware of. ******* never stepped foot into our shop and he never spoke with the Owner, nor did our service manager say he was the owner at any point. I will say, We just had our website done and revamped a few months ago and it did in fact say we worked on Maserati. Unfortunatly, that was something automatically put by the website creator and it was over looked by us so, do take fault for overlooking information put on our webite. But, we have since removed that piece from our website and updated it to the correct services we provide. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
