We paid monthly fees for our Financial Planner to manager our accounts and to be available for meetings. We attempted to schedule meetings five times over the course of several months and each time was either a no show or a very last minute cancellation. We finally requested refunds for the months we'd been trying to get a meeting and were given a partial refund electronically with the promise of a check for the remainder. We have followed up numerous times and the promise that it would be sent out has been reiterated but never actually sent. There is a lack of communication from ANYONE at the office, in spite of there being apparently multiple people cc'd on emails. We know that **** has had health issues, however, he is still seeing clients and running his business, but has been putting us off or completely ignoring us for several months. I have done all I can to resolve this directly with him, but I am tired of chasing the refund that he promised. I have attached one of the email threads to this to show my repeated attempts at resolution.
