      I purchased two wallets from this company on 6/21/2024 for a total of $87.34. Shortly after receiving the wallets I decided to return them (unused). I contacted the email provided in the company's return policy, and received an automated response indicating a real response would be provided in 1-2 business days. After receiving no response for 3 business days I contacted them again, receiving the same automated response. It has now been ~23 days since I sent those emails and have received no response. I have received dozens of solicitation emails from the company for a review of the products I bought, advertising the company in exchange for deals or free products, etc. and I'm tired of the harassment.Exact two items:- Code 118 Wallet - Brushed Black - Code 118 Wallet - Jet Black I would like the company to honor their return policy, which I have attached. Which says that any product can be returned within 45 days.

      I placed an order on June 25, 2024 (Order #******), for a total of $63.66 (billed in two parts, on the same day, for $53.05 and $10.61). I received the order on June 28, 2024, and was not satisfied with the items (3 total). The company states there are "free returns within 45 days." I contacted the company, via email, on June 28, 2024, with my order number and indicated I wanted to return the product for a refund. The return process stated I needed to take a picture of my items, which I did. Two of the three items were never opened and still in the original packaging. I only opened one item and started the return within hours of the package being delivered. I received an email stating they received my request and I would be contacted within one to two business days. A week later, having not heard anything, I submitted another email inquiry on on July 6, 2024. I received another automated response that they received my inquiry and will get back to me in 1-2 business days. That amount of time has passed and I fear this company is not going to respond to me until after the "return" period has expired, if they respond at all. I have been trying to initiate a return for nearly two weeks and customer service has not responded. I would like to return these products for a full refund or have the price I paid refunded in full, if they are going to continue to not respond.

      I ordered the Code 118 Wallet, the modular backplate, and the *** tracker. I am unhappy with the modular backplate and the *** tracker. The backplate is nothing but an overpriced piece of metal that does exactly nothing. The *** tracker is unreliable (it doesn't respond to pings half the time) and doesn't work at all if you put it in or with their RF-blocking metal wallet. I want to return the tracker and the backplate and I have emailed the company three times asking to do this return but they ignore my emails. They offer a money-back guarantee and "lifetime replacement," but clearly they don't honor those offers--they don't even answer their emails!

      Amount charged ***** Purchased on 4/16/24 I recieved my 4/19/24 and upon opening for the first time and placing 6 cards in the chamber they got stuck, even though it states it can hold upto 7. In a panic and wondering why my cards would not come out the product broke, more specifically the trigger mechanism broke while trying to get cards out. I do not seem to be a fan of this product as I tried using it once and the above was my direct result. I requested a refund for the product, Order number ****** and was denied for reasoning of their policy which states products must be returned in like new condition. I cannot return a product in like new condition when it breaks within the first day of using it and more importantly using the product as described on there website from within there parameters.They have not tried to solve the problem other then offering a replacement which I don't want for a product in which I now believe is not made well. I feel I am now being forced to take the only route I can take and get a replacement since since they will not be reasonable and accept fault for there product breaking almost instantly.For evidence I have a email chain which I cannot submit, however, my email and phone are provided. If someone is willing to reach out and provide an email address I can foward my email chain with buyer and how they have not responded to be since 4/24/24.

      1. Ordered on the 18th of April 2. Paid $105.71 3. Was sent to wrong address but ***** says no one per shipper can adjust address.4. ******* said I had to change address with ***** 5. Product was returned to shipper 6. ******* will not return emails in regards to shipping product to correct address and there is no number to call in regards 7. I have sent several emails to shipper

      I ordered a wallet that was undeliverable because of a mistake on the shipping label. The package was returned to sender. I asked the company to refund me or resend the wallet at my own expense, and they refused. At this point they have stopped responding to my emails as well. They have my money and the product.

      Bought a bunch of Code items during a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, with intent to give as Christmas gifts. Never received my items, and when I looked into it, ****** with Code support tried claiming Id entered my address wrong and that the post office must have destroyed my order. When I enquired with the post office, they told me in cases such as these, the company is still supposed to replace the items. When I followed up again with Code, and informed them of the post offices response, they completely ghosted me. I would still have liked the items, but at least a refund at this point.

      Order: ****** placed 26 Aug 2023.Received order and determined that it would not work. Emailed the requested information on 4 Sep 2023 to ************************ as instructed by the website:************************************************ Received email from ****** to provide tracking number which I did. It was then requested to email her again once package was delivered which I did. No contact after that even after several email attempts.Not only am I out the money for the product, I am without the product and the money for shipping/insurance.

      The original date of the transaction was 9/20/23. I bought a wallet from Code 118 for $48.95. The original tracking (**********************) shows it being delivered, the post office is claiming it was not. I contacted Code 118 about this, to which they responded that I should go around to my neighbors and check with them, which I did. I was sent a separate tracking number by Code 118 (**********************) saying my package updated, I waited a few days and it showed it being delivered to another state. When I contacted them about this again, they said I needed to file a missing package claim, when I attempted to it said I was not able to because it wasnt insured. I had to send them several emails about this, the only way to get them to respond was to give them a negative review and criticize the customer support. They finally told me that they would fulfill the order and that I needed to confirm my name and address. I sent them the information they requested on 10/26/23. I never received a confirmation from them as to wether they received it or not, so I tried contacting them again on 10/31/23 and around 9/8/23, to which they have never responded. I have saved nearly all of the email transactions if it would be of any help getting this resolved. Im not asking for anything but what I paid for and what the company promised to provide.
