    I received a confirmation email of an order I placed on 11/27/204 for a portable bidet G2. I have received no information about shipping date and I cannot find contact information in order to find out the status of my order.

    12/17/23 online purchase of BLAUX Portable Bidet for $58.94. Never received. Order #********** Around end of January and end of February, A man answered my calls. He said orders were backed up and mine was a priority to be sent soon. The past 6 weeks I have left voice messages that go unanswered. I want a refund. I have an email verifying my order as well as payment verification.

    I ordered a portable bidet from Blaux on February 6, 2024. My credit card was charged at the time. I have not received my order. They have not sent an email, returned my phone call or responded to their online chatbot.

    I ordered this product on December 27, 2023. It doesn't look like my credit card has been charged, yet. I have attempted to contact the seller on numerous occasions, via their customer service portal. No answer after more than 1 month. When I ordered the product, I promptly received a notice saying there will be a shipping delay, but I have not received any updates since late December 2023.

    I purchased through their website 2 pair of BLAUX - BLXBUDs (Ear Buds) and their Life Time Warranty on Nov 6, 2023 (Order Cofirmation) with order numbers **********, ***********, and **********. I sent an email to their support centeron Nov 15, 2023 asking when the products were to be delivered. The product finally was delivered at the end of Nov, early Dec 2023. From the beginning I have been trying to get the charging cases to charge with the included charging cable (USB-C). When shipped the charging cases were already charged to 100% but because the charging cases can't be recharged using the charging cases the cases now register 52%. At some point I will no longer be able to charge ear buds because the cases will be 0% with no way to charge the cases. I have sent emails to the company to request a refund or I will take legal action and call the ********** Better Business Bureau and post social media content identifying their business and products as SCAMS.     Like so many others who have filed complaints against this company, I ordered one of their products almost a month ago and later received an email that delivery may be slowed due to "issues". I have not received the product and have requested a refund. The company's website does not provide customer service assistance. I recently attempted to email them to advise that I demand a refund or would file a claim with the BBB. In response, I received an email that did not acknowledge my communication; it merely said they were having delays in delivery.     I bought the Portable rechargeable Bidet in 2022 via Amazon. I lost the power cord and sought a replacement via customer service. Initial response promised help. Numerous attempts since I provided information requested have resulted in NOTHING, no responses, no action, NOTHING. APPEARS THEY. ONLY SELL PRODUCT, ********** afterward. Company is a scam!

    Ordered and paid fora BLAUX portable Bidet. However after receiving the product decided that at the age of 80 and my physical condition I would not be able to use it effectively. I immediately tried contacting the customer service ***** on several occasions only to get one text back asking me to send them the order number and my address and that once the request was approved I would get instructions to return the product for credit to my **** card. The product is brand new, has never been used, and is repackaged in the original box with all the proper instructions of use. I have sent 4 emails to customer service for the location to return the product to no avail. I originally contacted CS on or about 11-3-23. There is a 30 day return policy but NO return address for return and no communication from Blanc for the return. I feel their web page for returns are deceptive and borders on fraud.

    I ordered 3 Blaux units 7/24/23. I received them sometime in the 1st week of August. I opened and used 1 unit. It proved to be totally unsatisfactory. I would like to return 2 if not 3 units for a refund. I have sent emails and have called Blaux and have not received any response. I'm beginning to believe this is a fraudulent company, and I hope there is something you can do to help.. My order # is **********

    End of March, 2023.I purchased a Blaux portable bidet. My wife did not like it so I tried to return it. There is no way to return the item. Portal emails to Blaux go unanswered, and phone calls are answered by a computer that is trying to sell you stuff. I don't know what to do with this product which has not been used. It is apparent that Blaux is not a company to be trusted.
