I ordered two pairs of tennis skirts from lesmart golf on September 22nd 2022. however, It's been a week and my order hasn't even been shipped. I'm so worried and just want to receive my order. It is urgent. I will not be ordering from them again if this is a scam.Initial Complaint

I ordered two items, a pair of shorts and a pair of pants, from Lesmart Golf on May 30, 2022 (order #*****) for a total of $111.80. The items were delivered around June 7, 2022. Neither of the items fit me, so I need to return them. The website says I need to contact Customer Service to get return information, and I've sent multiple emails to the address listed on the website, and called the number listed there multiple times as well. I have received no answers despite this. The greeting before it goes to voicemail sounds like the line is a personal one, just saying "**** isn't available, please leave a message"; this is alarming. I'm beginning to think this company is a scam, and should be shut down. At this point, I just want to return the items and get my money refunded to my credit card that I used for payment. Please help me do that. The Order details are attached.Business response

Consumer Response /* (-5, 5, 2022/06/27) */ ***Document Attached*** I mailed the return by **** on 6/14/2022, and tracking information confirms the return was delivered to Lesmart on 6/16/2022. Still, as of 6/27/2022, I haven't received a credit for my purchase. I have emailed them as well about the return, have haven't received any response. I ordered a pair of golf pants from Lesmart back in Dec. ,21 . When they arrived i noticed they were the wrong size. After many phone calls and emails i finally got an email with instructions on how to return the pants. The pants were never opened and were returned in its orriginal package with all the tags,etc. (at my on cost ) All i wanted was a replacement pair at the corrected size. Its now the middle of march and i have had one request for more info. Since then no response from them at all.PS the one phone call that was answered was in China and said they would pass it on. If only they would reply???
