I found this company on Instagram and requested an order of two dozen sugar cookies to be made and delivered. I paid a total of $140 to the business for my order. I was told 5 hours after the agreed time of delivery that she had to cancel the order. When I asked for a refund she sent $40 and said the rest would need to be sent later. I have not heard from her since Monday and I still have not received the remaining $100. I also would like to mention that her bakery is now called Big Booty Bakery, but still has the related email.Business response

The client actually said it was okay to go ahead and cancel if need be so I went ahead and canceled. I messaged with her not only on the 17th to let her know I was making a 7 hour drive and would get back to her then I messaged with her on the 18th which was a Sunday and the 19th was a federal holiday on the 19th I and needed to contact my bank because I was having difficulty connecting the bank card to apply cash. I also messaged with her the 21st and the 23rd a full refund was completed and communication was consistent through our not only the ordering process but as well as the refund process. Again a full refund was given.
