This business sold me a lemon. $5,000 worth of mechanical problems my warranty that they sold me wont cover. They refuse to help pay for any of the costs and hang up on me every time I call. The car had a bad valve cover, bad radiator, a coolant leak, bad breaks, an oil leak to name a few. This company wants me to trade in a car Ive spent thousands of dollars fixing. This place is a scam.Business response

********************* PURCHASED A 2014 *** 528I WITH 68K MILES BACK ON MARCH 03/17/2023. WHEN CAR WAS PURCHASED SHE DID PURCHASE A 2YEAR 24K MILES WARRANTY WITH THE LIENHOLDER *************************** CALLED SECURE ONE WARRANTY
SOMETIME IN APRIL ***** CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP IN REGARDS TO PROBLEMS WITH THE **** WE TOLD HER TO CONTACT WARRANTY COMPANY. SHE DID WRITE US BAD REVIEW ON *************** OVER SOCIAL MEDIA. I CONTACTED HER AND TOLD HER I WOULD SPLIT THE **** SINCE CAR WAS AT MECHANIC SHOP. ALSO TOLD HER THAT WE WOULD NOT HELP HER WITH ANY ISSUES IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE CAR WAS SOLD AS IS. SHE AGREED TO THAT ARRANGEMENT BACK APRIL
LONG STORY SHORT SEVERAL MONTHS LATER SHE IS HAVING ISSUES WITH THE **** WE HAVE TOLD HER THAT WE DO NOT WORK ON CARS SINCE WE NO NOT HAVE MECHANIC SHOP. WE ALSO TOLD HER TO CONTACT HER WARRANTY COMPANY.
THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. I DID ADVISE HER TO TRADE IN CAR FOR ***** OR ****** BECAUSE THEY HAVE LESS MAINTENANCE IF SHE CAN NOT AFFORD CAR .

I purchased a used car from Roseville Car Group on *****************, Roseville ** ***** on January 13th, 2023. It is a Kia ****** EX 2015 when I purchased the vehicle I had to put a significant amount of money down. When I drove off the lot the car had the check oil gauge on as well as the lights being dim. I was told they would check and change the oil and also fix the lights. Nevertheless the day after I purchased the car I noticed there was an oil leak which I brought to the dealers attention and was told theyd fix it. However for the past two months they have been giving me the run around and are not wanting to fix the oil leak which I believe falls under the lemon law category as they sold me the car knowingly it had some **************** issues and are now not wanting to fix it.Business response

IN REGARDS TO COMPLAINT ID *******BUYER, *********************, PURCHASED A 2015 KIA ****** (VIN: *****************) FROM DEALER, ROSEVILLE CAR GROUP ON 01/23/2023. THE VEHICLE HAD ****** MILES. AS WE KNOW A BUYER WHEN OWNING A CAR NEEDS TO DO OIL CHANGE EVERY **** MILES. WE DID THE FIRST ONE FOR HIM AND SEVERAL MONTHS LATER HE COMPLAINED THAT THE OIL LIGHT CAME ON. WE DECIDED TO DO ANOTHER OIL CHANGE FOR HIM. FOUND OUT LATER THAT HE NOW HAS ****** MILES (SHOWS ON CARFAX). HE ADDED ***** MILES WITHIN SEVERAL MONTHS. HE DID NOT DISCLOSE HOW MUCH DRIVING HE DOES. OFF COURSE HE WOULD NEED ANOTHER OIL CHANGE IN WHICH WE PAID FORIN REGARDS TO THE OIL LEAK. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT WE CAN GO HALVES ON REPAIR WHEN HE PAYS THE REMAINING DOWN PAYMENT HE OWES. I ASKED WHEN HE CAN PAY AND HE STARTED THREATENING US. I WOULD LOVE TO HELP HIM IF HE CAN PAY THE REMAINING DOWN PAYMENT OF $1515 THAT WAS DUE ON 2/10/2023I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU GUYS TO HELP US COLLECT OUR MONEYTHANK YOUInitial Complaint

On 3/12/22 I went into Roseville to purchase a car, everything was said the car worked fine and in good condition. I gave a big down payment down because I hate financing a car. The dealership *************** said since my "car" is now considered under water I don't need a warranty so gave me as is paper. I figured ok the car is in good condition shouldn't need repair. I took it home few weeks later it started smoking, my partner and i saw it was an AC issue. We call **** and he tells us to bring it in and it has now been 2 months with no reply from him. Last i spoke with someone at Roseville they took it to Infinity in Roseville and has had major repairs done and still no ETA on the car. I asked for a refund and was told "that was out of the question".Business response
