      I purchased a car from a lot called tally motors at time of purchase I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car, later a few weeks down the line the car starts over heating and loosing fluids, there was also some chunky like web looking stuff in the radio witch seems to be stop leak, I didn't even get to drive the car a month before it pretty much shutting down on me, I then went and looked at reviews, where I found more then 3 people who had had the same issue as me, they were told car has zero issues to get your money & then you reach out to the lot for little to no help out at all i spent $3,000 on this car I cannot afford to be out of $3,000 because this specific car lot is crooking people, not to mention I found the place through ******** market where the guy I once had contact with them blocked me from being able to contact anymore

      THE CUSTOMER PURCHASED THE **** ****** COROLLA ON 2/21/2023. WHEN SHE ARRIVED SHE HAD BROUGHT A GENTLEMAN WITH HER TO CHECK THE *** OUT THOROUGHLY FOR HER. THEY DROVE THE ***, CHECKED FLUIDS AND LEFT IT RUNNING FOR THE MAJORITY OF THE **** PROCESSING PAPERWORK FOR PURCHASE. CUSTOMER WAS AWARE THE PURCHASE WAS "AS IS". THE CUSTOMER DENIED PURCHASING CONTRACT CANCELLATION AGREEMENT AND WAS FULLY EXPLAINED TO AND UNDERSTOOD WHAT THE CONTRACT CANCELLATION WAS. THE CUSTOMER DID NOT MENTION OR GIVE A COMPLAINT IN A ****LY MANNER. WE GAVE HER CONTACT INFORMATION VIA  A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL (WHICH YOU CAN SEE IN HER ATTACHMENTS) BUT SHE NEVER CALLED. SO WE WERE 100% UNAWARE OF THE EXTENT OF HER ISSUES OR COMPLAINTS. SHE NEVER MADE AN ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE WHATEVER COMPLAINTS SHE DID HAVE, WITH US. THE CUSTOMER NEVER ATTEMPTED TO BRING THE *** IN TO HAVE IT LOOKED AT BY US. IT HAS BEEN SEVERAL MONTHS SINCE HER PURCHASE AND HAD THE CUSTOMER CALLED TO TALK OF HER ISSUES, THERE MAY HAVE BEEN A RESOLVE. THE BBB LETTER WAS THE FIRST **** WE BECAME AWARE OF ANY ISSUES OR COMPLAINTS. CUSTOMER SIGNED SEVERAL FORMS STATING THE PURCHASE WAS "AS IS" AND THESE DOCUMENTS ARE INCLUDED.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      it is not true I contacted them through ******** market the guy blocked me from being to contact anymore as I said they are known for selling lemon cars to people, also how could I bring a car for inspection if it wasn't causing any issues until I contacted them it not fair something needs to be done I'm out of ***** they know what they are doing !

      I purchase a car from Tallys Motors. I was promised, that the title would be coming into the mail to me within 90 days. Tallys Motor also said, the title was coming to them from Carmax. Its now past 90 days. I have reached out to Tallys Motor, several times. First attempt , I was told, I would receive a phone call back and never did. Second attempt, I was told the company had the paperwork and was going to send in the mail. I never received any documentation from them. Third attempt, the car dealer told me, he would ask his office clerk, first thing in the morning. I never heard back from them. At this time, its past 90 days. Fourth attempt, tried texting the car dealer and he block me from his phone. I went to DMV. They stated, the vehicle doesn't have any records of my purchase on the car. I now have a car. That I can not drive. The tags are due next month. I can't even register the car. DMV suggest to file record of complaint with them. Also, get ahold of BBB for assistance. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. *******************
