In January I had an appointment with ****************** Roseville Cardiology. I was referred by my private family Physician ***************************** this was under my ************************** policy. ****************** asked me to see Dr. ********* which I did on Feb. 15. The day after I saw ****************** Iearned from a friend that since I am a 100% disabled vet I could get my Cardiology expenses covered by the Veterans as I have a high deductible on my insurance (at least $2700) this seemed like a good idea but after countless phone calls none were returned and being run around in circles by the Vet I was finally awarded a primary care physcian by the Veterans. Dr. **** Dr. *** told me that that getting ************** authorization from the Veterans was going to take a while but I should keep the appointment with Dr. ********* and have the results forwarded to him. This was after an email from the Roseville Cardiology authorization on Jan. 28. with a bunch of standard Veterans health phone numbers (many of which were the same as the numbers as on the veterans form. I had already already called before I finally went back into the VA medical clinic in person and talked to a live person and was then assigned to Dr. **** then it was to late to reply to the email (it stated such on their message). Unfortutunately Roseville Cardiology does not offer a contact email so as well as a complaint this is the only way I can provide them with a written notice that I am hereby cancelling the procedure and will reschedule as soon as I receive official authorzation for "**************" from the Vets. Phone numbers for Roseville Cardiology: Dr. ********* his assistant is **** ********************. The authorization ***** number ************ the contact is ******. I lead a relatively stress free life and the only times I've needed Nitroglycerin is when or just after dealing with this ambigous tangled mess. Thank you in advace for looking into this.
