I did a debt consolidation with a different company, an affiliate or something that works with level coaching I am assuming. Level coaching has been taking $59.99 out of my checking account every single month. I had paid off the loan in March of 2023, and level debt continued to take my money. At many times a "coach" has called from the company and I had told them that I am not part of this anymore and that I paid off of my debt to them and they do not need to keep calling me. I only JUST realized, in January of ****, that the company has continued to withdrawal $59.99 out of my account still. I have been calling and speaking to people every single day for a week asking for a refund. Each time I call I get a different person AND a different story as to why they can't refund my $600 that they had stolen from my account from March 2023 to January ****. At first it was that their manager was out sick, then it was that they can't get the loan paid off date from the loan company because they won't give it without my permission. Level coaching THEMSELVES had been the one that told me that it was paid off in March of 2023. Their reason are all over the place and make no sense. When I offered to call whatever loan company this was so that I could give permission for them to give out my loan payoff date, they said it wasn't necessary and they've already been working on it. They tell me every single day that I call that someone will call me back, in which nobody ever has. At one point one of the reps had mentioned that their manager had only approved 2 months of a refund, when they also are telling me the manager has never been there yet due to being sick.I can show you proof from my bank statements, and I can show you proof from my phone calls and emails to the company.
