I started going to western dental earlier this year. I had gotten an abscess that sent me to the ** and was told I needed to get my teeth taken care of as the infection could cause serious health issues or death. I made my appointment and saw ********** wrong spelling but thats how its pronounced ) he is great! He extracted the 3 molars on the upper right and made the appointment to do the extraction and root canal on the lower left I think teeth 19&20. U went in and he extracted the molar and started the root canal in tooth 20. I had a rough time after with the partial root canal getting infected a couple times. In March 2024 I had an appointment to finish the root canal. I went in and sat in the chair. I sat there for about an hour while the staff searched for some cable the doctor needed to do the root canal. After about an hour of them trying to find the cable I told the dentist that we could reschedule so they could find what ever it is they need. He made my appointment for the end of March. Well before my appointment, he was transferred from the **************** to the natomas office. The front desk was supposed to talk to him and schedule an appointment at his new location. Weeks went by and they never called. The temporary root canal became infected again and I went in to the ********* office. The replacement dentist said he didnt know what was wrong with the partial root canal and I would need to either have Dr ***** finish it or go to a specialist. He refused to do anything! I went to the front desk and told her the dentist said Dr ***** needs to finish it. She called the natomas office and explained . The manager at the marinas office said no I cant be seen there since I started in *********. My medical doctor called them and said I need to see my dentist as its a health issue with the infections and he was told they are done with me. Ive filed 2 complaints with corporate cust service but they refuse to fix the issue. I need my tooth fixed!

I have been waiting on a refund from my wisdom teeth extraction for 3 months, 11/18/2022 is the day I went in to get my wisdom teeth taken out and they couldnt do it for certain reasons, so I started the refund process 12/16/2022. I was told it would take 30 days. So I called back on the 30th day, was told it was still In process, got told to call back after 1/21/2023 if the money hadnt been refunded. Called back 1/25/2023 was told to wait a couple weeks, called back 2/10/2023 and was told it was approved and just waiting to be sent over, called back 2/27/2023 cause I still had no money and was told it was still waiting to be approved (yet was already told it was approved). Every-time I called I had to call multiple times because every-time I started to explain the refund process I would always get hung up on. I tried explaining that I did not just have the money to blow and not even be able to get it done, and now having to wait and wait and wait to get told its getting approved then its approved and the next moment its not.
