I traded in my **** computer which I sent to PowerOn on 08/12/21 . I just found out the email that has the virtual card redeem link has been sitting in my spam email box for more than 6 month. Now, the redeem link from the email is expired. I called virtualrewardcenter.com, they confirmed the virtual card was not redeemed and asked me to contact PowerOn to reissue the card. Then I called PowerOn, they asked me to call virtualrewardcenter.com. I am running circles and lost both my computer and the virtual card. I would like PowerOn to reissue another virtual card to me, since they have my traded in PC since 08/12/21.Business response

The Customer did access ****** consumer trade in program that is facilitated by us (PowerON Services). This quote is number 1749239 for $200. At the time of trade-in, the customer was notified via Banner on site, Agreement of Terms and Conditions, and via email. All stated the following "You have 180 days to claim the reward. Reward funds expire after 12 months. Terms and conditions apply." The below is the timeline of the gift card based on our access to the history of the issued redemption link.

Reward Email Link ClickedAs noted, the email was sent promptly to the customer and the customer viewed the email in question on the same day it was sent. The customer did not access the email again until after the 180 redemption requirement. Once these dates have passed, all customers are notified to work with Virtual Incentives (Card Issuer) to see if there is a resolution available. Although PowerON and Virtual Incentives clearly outlined the guidelines for redemption of this payment, the deadlines were still missed. In an effort to go above and beyond all notifications and statement of terms and conditions, we have reached out to Virtual Incentives to have a card re-issued. The customer has been paid again and has successfully redeemed their payment.
