AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!! Id give zero stars if I could. The business owner lied directly to our faces and fabricated stories to justify taking money from our fathers estate. Shes very convincing when you meet her (and her husband/business partner) in person, and gives the impression shes here to help the family, but her actions after we signed the contract have convinced me she is nothing more than a lying thief. And if youre wondering if Im angry over the small amount our family received for the estate (just over $1,500). I am. This was a one acre property with an extra large garage and several out buildings, filled with everything from a tractor and forklift to tools (large and small), dolls, furniture, dishes, clothes, multiple lawn mowers and other yard tools, figurines, and other collectibles. Nothing of great value but worth well more than what she reportedly said she made. And when I asked to see the receipts, she said she dont keep them. Her actions towards us were really despicable, especially during a time when we were seeking help and guidance to empty the house to sale. For comparison, we held a 2-day yard sale after the estate sell ended and sold a handful of items, and still made $750 (about half of what she paid us to sell 80% of the item during the estate sale). I have multiple other examples, but you get the idea. FLAT OUT ROBBERY!!!! Its sad there are people in the world who take advantage of others. Sickening!!

The above complaint is inaccurate and we did not sell 80% of their Estate. The majority of "sellable" items were still there when we finished. We entered into the contract with a lot of reservations because of it's location. It is difficult to get customers in that area due to lack of safety. We spent most of our time cleaning the place up and and hauling off a ton of trash. We were requested to provide on site 24 hour security, which we did. My security prevented 1 fire from encroaching the property and another fire that was caused by their own faulty electrical equipment. We assisted in rodent remediation, ********* ant removal, and had to clean out their septic and a blockage in their sewer lines. Which they received the receipts for the septic cleaning. We also prepared to property for sale by watering the land, clearing the brush, and cleaning the home. The tractor and forklift were non opperational, and the equipment was old and in poor condition. They did not sell for much, or had to be  hauled away. This is above and beyond, even for our team. What they received was the balance after the payments were made for the repairs they requested.
