They came to me as an opportunity to get a ***** from govt to make households more efficient but I wasnt approved because I didnt make enough monthly because this is a LOAN COMPANY! Not a govt ***** and now they have all my info and it was a scam!!

Renew Financial is the banking institution that the company who installed our solar company works with. Not one that we would have chosen, but none the less. I think that the communication process, both within their offices and myself, is something that lacks professionalism and honesty. Case in point: when I asked about paying additional payments toward our loan principle, at first I was told that the minimum amount was $2500 with an additional $50 admin charge. When I asked the loan department on a different occasion, I was told that there was no additional payment amount nor was there any admin charge required. Once again I was told the same thing later on in a later conversation and also finalized when I requested the paperwork to initiate said payment. When we received the paperwork, it stated that the amount that I was paying was to be lessened due to the fact that there was an approximate admin charge of $200. Appears that someone needs to get their act together and minimized giving out misleading information. Also, the process of trying to contact the correct office in order to get hard copy forms and documents is very difficult and frustrating. In summary, Renew Financial is like no other financial institution that we have ever worked with. Once our loan is paid off, I doubt very much if we will ever work with them again.
