I ordered a 12x 12 scrapbooking paperpad from Furniture Nearly on May 10th, 2022. As of June 24, the order status says it is "Awaiting Fulfillment." I have tried calling both phone numbers many, many times and they answer, then nothing happens...no voicemail, no menu-- one number hangs up on you. I also sent two messages in the "Contact Us" "Feedback comment" box and no response. I believe this is a fraudulent company. I really just want my paper, but if they can't provide it, then a full refund is fine.Initial Complaint

Date: 12/15/20 Amount: $666 Order # ****** Item purchased: Dining table Dispute: I didn’t receive any communication on a shipping timeline so after a week I reached out via email to inquire. I didn’t get a response from my email so I tried various phone numbers associated with the company and left voicemails. After a month I wrote informing the business that this would be my last attempt to contact them before filing a dispute with ******. I received a reply that said they would check with their warehouse and update me with shipping information. Later that day I was told that the item was back ordered and estimated restock was 2/28/21. On 3/2 after no communication I sent another email requesting an update. On 3/3 I was told it would be an estimate of 4/20. On 5/4 I asked again and the reply said 6/30 estimate. On 6/30 I reached out again and was told 8/29. On 7/1 I requested a refund and 3 weeks later was told that a check would be mailed. Check never came and no response since.
