On January 07,2021 I requested services from Lemon Law Pro we signed a retainer agreement on this date, I was told that they would be getting me out of the lease due to it being a lemon, however this did not happen. The person at this firm that was helping was named *********************** (attorney), after months of run around and miss information, but I was still compliant with all requested made: registration, tags, payout letter and payment history this sensitive material was sent in a timely matter because they told me that ****** was ready to settle and give me all of my money back, honoring the car was a lemon. I finally was told around March 25,2022 he no longer was with the company. They never told me or sent me information of who would be taking care of my case. I returned the vehicle on July 07,27,2022. Today is October 17,2022 and my case is still not resolved. Some time in September of 2022 was the court date to settle. I have tired to contact this office numerous times to follow up(********************) and now they said the new court date is pushed till May 2023. Its an ongoing situation when I was told everything would be settled before I returned the vehicle and I would be receiving a full refund of $13,262.40(monthly payments) plus $3,000(deposit) I contact you today to please help me resolve this matter as soon as possible and get some answers from this firm because when I call they now tell me that I am harassing them by *****. Thank you, *****************************

While we sympathize with the frustrations expressed by **********************************, we would add that we have made every effort to resolve her case as quickly and amicably as possible. However, we are bound by the timeline and limitations imposed by the court and legal system. We have made every effort to address some of the problems she mentions but we cannot change the procedure. We attempted to explain the process to her on more than one occasion, but she frequently became discourteous with staff. We therefore were forced to direct her complaints to *****, who is the staff supervisor and designated to oversee such problems.
More importantly, our ability to explain the details about her case became increasingly difficult as her complaints and demands seemed to change in every conversation. Unfortunately, there is no legal basis for some of those demands and we have never been able to curtail her expectations in regard to the same. Any attempt to do so has typically been met with a lack of courtesy towards staff.
As an aside, had the nature of her case and especially her underlying tone been known when she was interviewed by the former employees she mentions, it is likely we would not have taken her matter. However, since we did take it, we have made every professional effort to find the best resolution for her. What *********************************** fails to understand is that her case is still ongoing, and we are still trying to resolve the same for her even though her car lease ended in August.
Lastly, it appears that the complaints raised by ********************************** make our ability and dedication to her matter difficult. We would offer the following as a possible solution: if she has lost confidence in our efforts and services, we would welcome her to find other counsel to continue with her case.
