    Pattern of Complaint:
Complainants allege that the company does not perform the work they are paid for during service visits. Customers allege that the company collects full payment up front for diagnosed repairs, and then leaves the property without completing repairs. Consumers state the company fails to show up for return appointments, and does not respond to requests for completion of repairs or refunds.

The company usually responds to the complaints by issuing refunds.

We wrote the business on July 7, 2014, requesting the company provide to us steps that it is taking to eliminate the underlying cause of complaints, if any. The company responded on July 24, 2014, indicating that they do not believe there is a pattern to their complainant's allegations.

Allright Mechanical is a contractor to Old Republic Home Warranty. I had an open ticket with ORHW since June 4, Allright was the third HVAC contractor sent due to escalations from ORHW, I'm assuming because of cost of repair. The techs sent out for diagnosis, confirmation were fine, the office staff was not. They did not follow up on things, leaving it all up to ORHW.I sent a deposit to Allright ~6/24/2024 of $182.00 after being assured by ORHW and Allright that the work could finally proceed with 1-3 business days. Today is 8/5/2024 and we finally gave up on ORHW. When I called Allright to refund the check I sent, ******, a manager, said that it was unrefundable because I signed a contract for the work.

This business is the worst business I have dealt with in my life. they didn't send ANY info over to home warranty ( mind you for the first month ) I had followed up almost daily.. they lied about submitting info.. I had to call home warranty myself and they reached out to get all the info.. they needed.. this company FAILED to mention that the blower motor had to be programmed.. when I asked art why? He said WHY WOULD I DO THAT, I said because you are the ones who came out to put the part info in???? He literally hung up on me..I had mentioned to him that it's 100 degrees in the home and I have kids.. he said.. "everyone in ********** has kids" just insanely disrespectful.. but to add icing on the cake he then tells me if I want them to come out today I have to pay them $1900.. which leads me to believe that they are attempting to scam people out of money by making them wait a long time and then telling them they'll be waiting almost 2 months to get this resolved but if you pay us now behind the back of home warranty.. we can come out today! I'm not even sure how I can trust this company to come in my house and do any work Im not sure if I was treated like this because he is racist or if they are trying to make money on the customers end and home warranty end.. but they should be investigated

Improper safety training for technician. technician did not safety ensure the unit was de-energized with no residual energy. This caused the contactor to be shorted in the system and could have harmed the technician.2. Canceled follow up set up through home warranty. 3. During the follow up conversation on 6/3/2024 with the **** Owner, Art, he became belittling, unprofessional and aggressive. Chose to yell, interrupt and assert us, the owner of the home, was incompetent.4. *** stated that we have no rights on assessing our property and providing a diagnostic to him on the issue. This assertion is well outside of his contractors license limitations and legal responsibilities.

On June 24, 2023 Allright Mechanical was dispatched to our home via our home warranty company to respond to a nonfunctioning AC unit. They assessed the unit and decided it needed to be replaced. On July 5, 2023 we signed a contract with them to replace the old unit with a new one. On July 11, 2023 Allright Mechanical removed the old unit and installed the new one. It has never worked. After countless phone calls and at least ten visits to our house, they have never been able to get it to work. It has now been over two months without any AC. They keep stating the manufacturer is telling them to replace parts, but nothing has worked. When requesting a refund, they will not respond.

I had an Air conditioning unit replaced by AllRight Mechanical through the **** program. I had some leaking from my roof in the bathroom and hallway. I contacted the company who had replaced my roof to come and take a look to see where the leak was coming from. At that time he determined it was coming from the Air Conditioning that was not sealed properly nor was it leveled. I then called two other roofing companies to check and I was told the same thing. I have contacted Allright Mechanical on several occasions regarding the air conditioning and the damage the leak has caused to my home. ****** who answers the phones keeps giving me the run around with no help to get the damages taken care of. ******** 30, 2022 a technician from Allright Mechanical came to my home and confirmed what I had been told that the leak was coming from the Air Conditioner he stated he was going to come back and seal the area properly he also took pictures of the damage. December 3, 2022 he comes out again and seals the area and takes more pictures. I ask the technician how are we going to go about fixing the damages. I have a disabled child in the home who's immune system is already compromised I need to get this fixed before mold start to grow he stated I will get a call from the office. I called the office and spoke with ****** and to no surprise she tells me she can only take a message. I explain to her it's leaking water in my house and it's going to storm real bad this weekend.
