I paid off my loan on my motorcycle and they refuse to send me my title. They said the *** sent it to the wrong address electronically. That statement was from Honda Motorsports financial ***** Roseville Honda said that makes no sense as titles are sent in paper only. Honda financial **** says I have to go to the *** myself to take care of this.Initial Complaint

Transaction date is 12/10/2021. I had a deposit/down payment for a vehicle for $200.00. I have no written documentation of purchase. The vehicle was priced lower at a nearby dealership that same night. Less than 24 hours later, I cancelled the sale and requested the refund for deposit. Their prices and markups were pretty large. I was told no refund, but it would go on my account for credit towards anything purchased in the future. I havent needed anything from their store until now. I tried to purchase a tire for $220.23 which is $158.00 at a local shop. Even though they are overpriced at this dealership, and even though I did not appreciate the way I was treated in the past, I tried to work with their business. They are not returning my phone calls. At this time, I only want a refund of the initial money. I intend to take legal action. Especially, since other dealerships stated they would not do this to their customers since its not productive towards good customer satisfaction and service. My receipt stated down payment on vehicle for which I did not receive. I am therefore requesting the money returned, plus interest and reimbursement for my time spent filling legal action. I would have likely bought vehicles from this dealership and referred others if I had not been treated so poorly. I will pursue legal action if this is not resolved.Initial Complaint

I purchased a new motorcycle from roseville honda. The bike does not start. I left the bike with them to perform warranty repair. They had my bike for 2 months and claim nothing is wrong with it. I am still experiencing the same problems.Initial Complaint

My side x side was broken down and needed to be repaired I trusted Roseville Honda motersports to do these repairs. They changed the quote 3 times. They also took 8 months to tell me they are not going to do the repair and then charged me 700 bucks to pick it up. They still owe me **** dollars and have yet to cut me a check its been over 2 and a half weeks. I am very disappointed with the service and will not recommend this place to anyone.Initial Complaint

12/09/2021. We paid ******** in cash for a brand new SSR 125 dirt bike with ***************** The business offered a warranty with the option to extend said warranty. I was told that the warranty was a complete warranty for the bike. The ********************* are included in that warranty. We purchased the bike. About a week in to riding the bike, i began noticing that 3rd & 4th gear were slipping. I immediately called Roseville Powersports.I was told by ***** that they were very busy that ********* couldn't look at the bike until the following week or after. I was a little shocked. I wasn't happy or satisfied with the wait or time frame. We broke a clutch lever on accident ,i called again & requested the part. I was now told that they didn't think anything would break so soon. They then began apologizing saying that they only have bike's & no parts. The parts are stuck on a ship in ************* are 4 or more months out. That is what they said. I was told to go to their competitor for the part of which their competitor had parts & more. They never mentioned that prior to the sale. They made it sound like the bike was in complete running condition ,after all they are paid for that. Once i bought the replacement part, we took the bike in finally. The bike was tested & i was assured that they could repair the slipping gears with a simple clutch adjustment. That adjustment didn't work. I was then told to purchase high performance clutch parts from their competitor or find it on my own .Before we purchased the bike. We told they that we were new to dirt bikes & would need their assistance maintaining the bike. They have no way of fixing the bike. No ********* was lured in to making a questionable purchase. They are selling possibly defective bikes & with no way to repair or replace the bike or parts is suspect to me. I don't want to be locked into buying defective bikes.The bike had also lost a few screws of which they did replace. A s**** ,that's all they had.Business response

The customer bought a kids motorcycle for his kid but rides the bike himself. The motorcycle is not designed to be ridden by an adult. The motorcycle was crashed and a part was broken but unfortunately no manufacturers cover *************.
The bottom line is the the kids bike is built for kids not adults.

Hello, I dropped my lawn mower off at Roseville Honda Motorsports bc the engine was “surging” on 7/22/2021. I was told they will look at it and get back to me within a week. They never once called me in any form of correspondence was initiated on my behalf. The lawnmower was only three months old when I took it in. They eventually told me they located “debris” in the carburetor which I believe to be false bc the service manager previously told me it wouldn’t be covered under warranty if they located “debris” in the carburetor. Weird how they said there was debris in there after that!! Well, I called Honda corporate in Atlanta Georgia and they agreed to cover the repair under a “goodwill warranty.” I have called Roseville Honda motorsports several times and they have not yet fixed my lawnmower and continue to blame it on a part they are missing. I have called two other lawnmower companies and they both independently said the carburetor on those mowers is bad and needs to be replaced.
