      Found a 2016 Kia ****** LX on Saturday had my husband call. They confirmed that the vehicle was at the price that was listed and had my husband fill out credit check to hold it even though we were coming with cash. We were traveling all the way from ******* and they knew that. The car was being serviced and it would be ready Monday morning. Went all the way down there just for them to tell me that they took it off the site because they put a new engine in the car and it was back firing and that they weren't gonna be able to sell it, but it was gonna go to auction. mind you I called on Sunday because I noticed it was off the site and not once did they say anything about it having problems . They said they took it off because it was getting too much attention. But why I was there they tried to upsell me with a car twice the amount. I left and the next day they called me to tell me that I can come and get the car. Was getting ready to leave and my husband called me and said no don't go apparently because the car had not been smogged when they ran the credit check, but it was on a first come first serve basis, and a lady was already headed there to purchase it. Don't understand how she was coming because it wasn't even on their site. Absolutely the worst customer service and was very unprofessional on their part.

      0/5 stars. They are seriously the worse car *******. I told them to get just one inquiry for a car and he ran my creamy like it was candy shop 21 hard inquiries, they are going down. I will never, NEVER do business with them. Be careful cause after I left the dealership I got 5 more inquiries!

      I had an appointment 7/18/2022 at 1:20pm brought my 2015 Honda Accord to the Auto Nation Honda in Roseville Ca to do an oil change and for a noise check . Hours later the advisor ************************* came to me and said we are extremely busy and we have to change your spark plugs and that 3 coils were defective they had to change them . I agreed to have them done and *** the advisor it was ok. SO I waited and he comes back to me hour later and tells me we don't have the parts you'll have to leave your car. I said this is my only car. He said if you get an uber we will pay for it. I said ok. Will do. Next day 7/19/2022 I pick up my car in the evening . As I was driving my car a couple days later I noticed a gas fumes smell coming into my car and the outside. I told my dad and he said bring the car right away back to Honda something is wrong. So I did on 7/23/2022 . Honda checked out my car right away. I waited again for my car . I spoke to the rep and asked him whats wrong with my car . He said they forgot to seal tighten my gasket. The rep never reimbursed my ***** for uber either . I also had my front brakes done and now there is a growling noise coming from right side . One thing after another wrong. I made an appointment to get my brakes checked . I am very nervous for Honda to work on my car. I feel this Honda has poor service and they need to slow down when working on customers cars because if I hadn't brought my car back my engine could have became damaged and is DANGEROUS driving it like that . Be careful people when bringing your car to Honda Roseville Ca ****************** . :(((
