      We called ahead asking if they had the car we were looking for because we had a very specific car in mind. Two salesman assured us they had what we were looking for in our price range. Once we got there,they did not have what we were looking for. They were very pushy and told us they would make something they had work for us. For the right price, maybe we could over look a few things. As time went on, the car they were pushing was just not what we wanted but they would not take no for an answer. We offered to come back another day and maybe they could find the car we were looking for, but they kept pushing a car that didnt have everything wr wanted. When we finally did escape, they followed us out to our car and continued to try and sell us. Since we have been home they have sent emotionally manipulative texts trying to guilt us into buying a car because they spent time with us. We have told them we found a different car somewhere else, and they had a different sales person call us to find the "right" car for us that will "check all the boxes." My husband had been the one communicating with the salesman the whole time, my phone number was NEVER used. When my husband stopped responding, they started texting me The only place my phone number was used was the finance paperwork to see what kind of financing we qualify for. So their finance team not only didn't destroy our personal information when we left, they allowed their salespeople access to it to contact and harass me. After this experience, I will never consider using another Future car dealer again. If they train their salespeople to push a product customers don't want just to make a sale, and not leave them alone once they walk away, then this is not a buying experience I would recommend to anyone.

      Bought a truck over 6 weeks ago, I traded my truck in, they were supposed to pay it off. Well its been over 6 weeks and old truck still not paid off. Im about make another Payment on a truck I havent owned in 6 weeks. Oh yes need to make payment on my new truck as well. What a joke!

      Absolute scum bags! ************************ and *** are the most dishonest salesmen! Be cautious of yo-yo financing and lies to get you to sign a contract . I told ****** I did not want to proceed if I needed a co-signer. ****** ran my credit came back and said I qualified ( first time buyers program) and didnt need a co-signer. I left that night with a car and paid $1000 down. Friday Im told I need a co-signer and I shouldve brought the car back Thursday and if I dont bring the back theyll have the repo guy come get it and charge me. I drop car off Sunday ask about my deposit and am told come back Monday ( no check)and these clowns have been jerking me around with lies ever since ***** (finance) tells me Tuesday I can pick up check Wednesday , still no check just another excuse. . I have all correspondence through phone calls and messages. According to **** the salesmen there will tell you anything so be cautious because theyre all liars. Worst first time car buying experience. I will never buy a car off a lot because of future ford and their lack of ethics and dishonesty.

      We bought a 2021 new Bronco 1/06/2022.They tell you they are giving you extended warranties for free and then slide it into the financing. After 3 times in signing the contract it was still not removed. Also beware check the market value of your vehicle before trading to them. (my mistake for thinking they were honest and did not check value) we were given $5000 less then market value, (I have proof) and our vehicle was in perfect shape. When we went back to talk about this , they sent the manager to talk to us. He acted very unprofessional, said "ready to play ball' got out his pen to go over numbers he acted like a bouncer and tried to intimidate us. He had no compassion for our concerns and said you got a good deal. When asked why they gave us unfair trade value he said we hadn't seen it and we agreed to price. So at the end here comes the bribe: Manager. said "If I give you $1600.00 more off your loan will you PROMISE not write a review or write a good review?" I agreed to not writing a review to gain $1600 more (since I lost On the trade)..GUESS WHAT? Duked again, he came back and said well sorry I can't give that to you , the ** wont allow it. I asked to have a meeting with the **. He said "not gonna happen" I said why not , he said I'm his communicator , and told us we would never get a meeting. So next day I called the ** he listen3d , apologized and said he'd research my file. Instead of getting phone call back from the **, my sales rep calls back and talks to me.....still waiting for the ** to call..........nothing accomplished and still feel scammed!! We have bought tons of vehicles and Never have we felt this upset and humiliated. This dealership obviously does not care about honesty nor their customers!! Sell the car, sneak warranties in loan and send the bouncer to intimidate, should bet their motto

      Ive been trying to get in touch with this dealership specifically *****************. Ive reached out multiple times, called, left messages and no response, or I just get hung up on. Its very frustrating to say the least, being treated as a sale and nothing more after we leave the lot. I have been trying to get a hold of him due to a notification I received once I downloaded the **** app regarding a maintenance issue when i was charged a premium price for a certified Explorer. I have also been trying to get the extra key fob that was not supplied to me when I purchased the vehicle. Ive failed to get in touch with the finance ***** I've left a messages and have been unsuccessful in getting a call back. My wife has even attempted calling and messaging and no reply. I can tell you now my entire experience with this dealership has been negative. At this point I would rather take the car back, cut ties altogether and move on just as these salesman do, especially since this car is obviously not certified, as there are maintenance issues that have come up day after I left the lot, How convenient..I need a reply back with corporates contact info and or whoever owns this dealership, not manages. This has been completely unacceptable I need these issues handled or this car taken back since its not a certified car and I had to pay a certified price.

      What dealership has you sign the Pre-contract disclosure after you have signed the contract already? Future Ford and Lincoln of Roseville does!These scumbags will mislead you into purchasing optional maintenance and warranty packages for a dirt cheap price of $12 a month for 60 months that has a value of almost $6k during your contract signing if you declined those options during negotiation. Who would turn down a deal like that?Later, my girlfriend and I realized that the last document she signed had the monthly payment without the extra options as well as with the options. We were never presented the payments without the options. We rejected all the options during negotiation and only committed to the $12 a month for an amazing maintenance package, warranty package, and cilajet protection during the contract signing. Why would ***** the scumbag finance manager hold off on the document until the very end? Because these a******* already tacked on those options and had to make a can't refuse offer for us to commit to. Do not buy from this dealership....what they did was fraudulent and it seems like most of the team was in on it.
