Terible. A car inspection report that I paid for, and my receipt that had my credit card info and my name on it was given to the owner of this vehicle without my permission. This owner then posted all this info on the cars and bids auction website also without my permission. A Tech who did the inspection also failed to identify and document a clear incident/accident on the front bumper (the entire front bumper had been replaced or repainted.

I have spoken via email with the ************. The inspection he is speaking of happened in June of 2021. The advisor is no longer here and the system we used back in 2021 is no longer used as well. I offered an apology if we made a human error, however at this point in time 3 years have passed and I'm not really clear what happened. The vehicle was brought in for inspection and we performed the inspection. The front bumper appears to be discolored. This may be the way it was from the factory being two different materials or the car being over 30 years old. It may have been repainted for all that we know. None of the paperwork he is speaking of has any of his personal information on it. If the car is no longer his, I can only assume he or someone else handling the car for him left it in the vehicle. whoever was in charge of bringing the car to us would have received this information. We would not leave his paperwork in his vehicle. it would have been handed to the responsible party. I declined to reimburse ************ after a job performed 3 years ago.Review from Arthur L

It a loooooooooooooong story. Nissan Future didn't give me the correct Leaf Charging Cable. I spend more than 3 months talk to them and still didn't get the charging cable yet! Nissan Consumer Affair jump in twice, but still can't get me the charging cable!!!! Extremely disappointment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Future Nissan of Roseville Response

We gave ******* a brand new cable which he tried at home and still does not work. At this point we believe its his charging set up at his house. The vehicle charges everywhere else it is plugged in except his own home.Review from MJ Y

This is the most sketchy establishment I have been to in my whole life. Dont let them detail a car you are buying because they will switch the vehicles on you. Im so sick of companies getting away with fraud. This place is just that FRAUD! Everyone ***********************, *************************, ***************************, and most of all their Finance ***************! *****, they all tried to gas light me. Wish I could pull the video footage of that day!
