      Dear Service Manager,I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your dealership on 05/19/23. I dropped off my Hyundai ionic 2019 at 8:30 am to ****** for a diagnosis of the engine light, and I did not receive any updates throughout the day. I was extremely disappointed that your service people did nothing all day, and did not even call me to inform me about my car status.As a customer, I expect to receive prompt and professional service, especially when I have made an appointment and entrusted my vehicle to your dealership. I had hoped that my car would be diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner, so that I could get back on the road as soon as possible.I would appreciate an explanation of what happened and why my car was not serviced as promised. Additionally, I would like to request that you provide me with a timeline for when the diagnosis will be completed.I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take steps to ensure that this type of situation does not happen again in the future. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.Sincerely,*************************

      The service department ignores your appointment times. The only response to a problem is negative. We were looking at a new car and were told the because of the supply shortage the price started at $ ******** over sticker. That is price gouging.Have had a car in for warranty repair for 3 weeks with at least 3 more to go and no loaner. Even though we paid for their platinum extra warranty. That was supposed to include a rental car. It seems rental car costs are to high.I get the parts problem. These folks are bad business people.STAY CLEAR

      This company has the worst customer services, they had my car for 5 1/2 weeks. I called to speak with a service advisor, whom told me to have my car towed in, I did this, later that day the advisor called me to tell me the history of my car, that's not why it was towed to them. He stated that my car had no issues, I said did anyone test drive the car to hear the engine knocking, he said NO! He continued to tell me that my car needed a diagnostics, I authorized the work and he said, I will get back to you on Wed July 14th, this never happened. I called Friday 16th to get a status, I was told the advisor was out sick and someone would call me back, that didn't happen, I called again, again and again. No one had a clue what was going on and when I did get someone on the phone for information on my car without being hung up again, he said now I have to pay $380 to clean the top part of the engine because it was denied by Hyundai Corp, I ok'ed this also. Now we are 3 1/2 weeks in and the service advisor is out sick still, for 2 weeks I was told the work would be done, after being told they were short handed, never once was I offered a loaner and when I asked, I was told they had no available. I have been told by two different advisor how high my mileage is, so I guess that's why it took 5 1/2 weeks to do the work on my car. FYI, I see the mileage everyday, when I get in the car. Finally two days shy of 6 weeks the service advisor has returned and he called and told me, my car was ready, the cost was $530 but he get it down to $436. My car is still making the knocking noises but I will go to another Hyundai dealer, I don't want to drive to far because of the knocking and it goes out on me, because it was supposed to be fixed 6 weeks ago. If I'm paying my money for my car to get fixed, I don't care if it has ******* miles on it, you are getting paid.
