I special ordered a custom ******** Safe from High Noble safe company. When the safe arrived, it was damaged by what appears to be a large impact with a fork lift. I have contacted High Noble and they tell me they are unable to do anything and that it is the freight companies problem.There are some details worth noting. I was out of town when I got notified the safe was going to be delivered. I tried to reschedule a Thursday delivery for Monday but was told there is a $100+/day storage fee I would have to pay. I was unwilling to pay try the exorbitant fee and so I had my neighbor open the garage for the delivery. I borrowed a pallet **** from the school I work at to roll the safe into the garage. When I returned on Sunday evening it was late and so I got to look at the safe on Monday after work. I immediately contacted High Noble. I also contacted the freight company and advised to let High Noble take care of the problem.High Nobel filed a claim with XPO (the freight company) which was eventually denied. I contacted the local XPO warehouse and they tell me there is nothing they can do and I contact High Noble and they tell me there is nothing they can do. Bottom line is I have a severely damaged safe and no one is taking responsibility. Very frustrating. Please help.***********************
