Worst purchase I have ever conducted online. And hands down the shadiest interaction I have ever done with a business. Place had the inability to get a safe to you undamaged and when you get stuck with it (once off truck it's yours) they in no way took steps to make it right. And yes I wanted to inspect it before accepting it. Due to liability delivery drivers do not want you climbing into there truck to verify products condition. Was hoping for reimbursement for the cost of powder coating it to hide the scratches and by the time I got done with trying the touch up paint they sent and having to wait to be contacted back I was over the 30 day return policy and basically that was it. From original order was told safe I ordered actually wasn't in stock.....waited patiently for months till it was and was destroyed enroute. Waited again for replacement and ended up spending almost 3k to be stuck with a scratched up safe on the front of course. When order was delivered delivery driver told me it was off the truck, no signature required. And that he was making product delivered and not reloading it. He said damage was to be dealt with from business ordered from. High Noble blamed ******** initially, ******** blamed High Noble. In the end my options were pay attorney fees for civil court in another state or just eat it and chalk it up to a reminder to shop local. Do not order from here or hopefully you have better luck than I did.

*****, your first order arrived damaged due to the freight carrier but you followed the process for getting a replacement safe. This process should have been followed the second time the safe arrived with damage. You are correct that the freight carrier will not allow you into the truck to inspect the shipment but we always request a liftgate so they can unload or load the safe. The freight carrier will allow you to inspect the safe once the safe is on the ground and you can refuse or even note any damage at that point. Once you sign for the shipment without noting anything, leaves all parties involved with nothing to be done. ******** or High Noble is not to be blamed for this situation. We always take care of our customers and strive for the best experience for our customers but unfortunately we have to rely on freight carries to deliver our product outside of our local coverage. This results in safes being damage occasionally. Most shipments arrive in perfect condition. Thank you.
