Capital City Solar just completed the install of a 5 KW rated solar system on my house about 3 weeks ago and did an outstanding job. This is the second system they have installed for me (the first was also 5KW and was installed about 16 years ago and has run flawlessly ever since). *****, the sales rep provided very detailed quotes based on my initial request and then patiently worked with me to finalize the details of the new system. ******* did a great job managing the install and going over the operation of the system. ****** provided outstanding support throughout the install and activation process to ensure that the system was properly inspected by the County and approved for activation by PG&E. I plan to do more business with Capital City over the next year or two as I move to a more fully electric house. I recommend Capital City Solar very highly!

Capital City Solar was great. I got advice from two sources before getting solar. An electrical engineer and a friend who extensively checked out multiple solar companies. Both used Capital City and I followed their lead. Glad I did. Great savings on electric. Nicole is very efficient in follow up questions.

When we started thinking seriously about adding solar panels to our home, my wife and I talked with a neighbor who already had them. He told us he highly recommended Capital City Solar. After talking with a Capital City Solar rep we were convinced this would be a good thing for us. It took a while to get all the steps done but Capital City Solar lived up to all the positive reviews we found on-line and the strong positive comments from our neighbor. They were extremely professional at every step. The individuals each treated us with utmost respect and care. The work done in installing and launching our system was outstanding. At the moment, the weather is limiting our solar output to just a trickle but here in Roseville it is never too far from a string of sunny days and I have no doubt the solar energy investment we have made will be a positive contribution to our efforts to help the environment.

After a couple of months of research and reading reviews of solar companies, we chose Capital City Solar for our install, completed on November 3, 2021. One of the most important parts of our decision was that previous reviews illustrated Capital City Solars dedication to their customers. **** was our advisor and he was great. **** stayed with us throughout the whole process. He has proven himself to be quite professional, personable, knowledgeable and happily answered our many (many) questions. The design team did a great job sizing the system correctly for our needs. The panels were placed where they can generate the most power. The install team did a very smooth, clean job! They are pros and worked well together as a team. The installation took a-day-and-a-half to complete, two weeks earlier than estimated. We very much appreciate how quickly ******, in the office, filed the application for permission- to-operate (***) with PG&E. ****** did a great job explaining the *** application process. Our permission to operate was granted within two weeks of the install. A few days after the install, a glitch occurred with our monitoring system. It was showing incorrect data regarding time and Kilowatts generated. We contacted ****** who quickly notified the vendor, requesting them to monitor our system. The problem was resolved by the next day. Another good job well done!So far, we are thrilled with our rooftop solar and very glad we chose Capital City Solar for our install and services going forward! **** and ************** ******* **
