On July 13th of this year, I contacted Oculus Support of a charging issue I had with the ** headset. They were listed in the product's warranty info as to whom would deal with the issue. After numerous correspondences, they agreed to take my return and send me a brand new unit. On July 30th, I shipped it to them. They sent me an email on Aug. 4th saying they received it, and would process it and send my replacement unit. Processing would take 3-5 business days. After weeks, I contacted them via support chat ( only way to reach them.) They said they had no units to send, but would notify me when they did. I asked for my money back... they dodged. After another week, I contacted them. They said they had it and were going to ship it. Nothing! 2 weeks later, they sent an email saying they were going to ship it, after processing, in 3 different shipments, one part at a time. I contacted them, asked for my money back, they dodged. I am feeling this is a scam. They have my product. $300Customer response

I have sent the return shipping label I used to send the Oculus back, as well as a confirmation from them admitting they received it
