I arrived at the shop on 7/20/23 at 1 pm to have my wheel lock lug nuts removed. ****, an employee, had assured me over the phone that he could do it with my wheel lock key. However, upon arrival, he stripped my newly purchased wheel lock key from the dealership. **** admitted he was new and lacked the proper tools, so he had to order them from an auto parts store, making me wait in scorching 102-degree weather outside due to their poorly functioning air conditioning.During the wait, I noticed another employee named *** sleeping on the clock inside. Despite no progress, he only woke up when another customer arrived. After several wrong tool deliveries, **** struggled to remove the two-piece wheel lock lug nuts, only managing to remove the top of one lug nut. I waited for four hours until 5 pm when they claimed to close early despite their advertised hours being until 6 pm.**** falsely assured me it was safe to drive, but I left with stripped lug nuts and a stripped wheel lock key. He promised to bring the correct tools the next morning, but when I called, he said they were missing. He advised me to go to the dealership. Now I can't remove my wheels and can't drive safely with half a lug nut in place. I'm left without transportation to work, having to pay for Uber or a rental until the issue is resolved. This shop's ****** reviews revealed similar negative experiences.

The customer is a unregistered car dealer, He was doing brake job at his own place, he did one side but stripped his one bolt for the other side, He drove in the car with a stripped bolt on. ********************* (the technicians working at the shop refused to do the job. We never touch any car without the price signed by the customer and this was not a job , customer was looking for a free help so he can complete his brake job and he told that he already visited 4 shops they were failed to do that. The tools he requested was provided to him he also requested the technician *** to help him. New tools were also ordered on the customers request that was rental from the vendors.

The bolt was already stripped, No job estimate or work order was generated or signed by the customer. The unregistered car dealer is looking for some easy bucks by creating the story. There is no reason to offer any compensation.

The customers details are provided to all our locations to avoid him in future.

I am rejecting this response because: I'm not sure where ************** got the idea that I am a car dealer since I never spoke to him before once in my life. So that is completely not true. I was actually going to get my brakes done at this location as well because I don't know how to change brakes at all. **** verbally confirmed that he would do them once he got my wheels off. They did not refuse to do anything. I have provided photos of my vehicle on the lift at the shop and it shows **** working on my wheels. You can also check the metadata of the photo with **** working on my wheels to confirm it was taken at 2:38PM on 7/20/23 when I was there at the location at 505 riverside owned by CAP HOLDING LLC and **************. I have also provided a picture of the socket with the tip of wheel lock lug nut inside of the socket which he hammered in to get it off. Them not touching my car and refusing to do the job is a complete lie. *** was on the ground inside of the shop sleeping and made **** do all the work. They never had me sign anything or tell me about any paperwork when I got there. I did not request any of the tools. **** requested the tools because he told me they did not have any of the proper tools he needed to do the job so that is also a lie. He ordered those tools after stripping the wheel lock key and lug nut which is why he hammered on a socket to get the tip of wheel lock lug nut off so he needed to order tools to get the second part of the lug nut off but ended up making it worse after each delivery came in. Saying that I wanted free help is extremely dishonest on the part of ************** because I confirmed the price over the phone with **** before driving to the location and was going to pay for the job. I have no problem paying for services provided. The fact that ************** provided my sensitive personal details to other locations without my consent will also be relayed to the proper authorities. I don't wish to visit any other locations owned by ************** if this is how he runs his companies. It seems like the only person making up stories is **************. I have more photos that I can provide as well to prove my story. I have also reached out to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and ************** will be receiving contact from their Field Operations & Enforcement Division.

We do not have time to make stories, the person is a dealer wandering whole day to get repair his cars. The rear brakes on one side was already done and he stripped the bolt while trying to do the other side. He was carrying the lug nuts he already bought from somewhere because he knows that were damaged. We do not have his personal information to share with someone, we only know him by face and that was communicated to our other shops not to attend this unregistered dealer

I am rejecting this response because: You are making up false stories and have already been caught in lies by saying your employees never touched my vehicle and refused the job. As I mentioned before, I am not sure why ************** keeps assuming I am a car dealer or where he got that idea. That is false and I am a regular customer. I have received service from **** Tires in the past and paid. As I mentioned before, I had no problem paying for services. I purchased the regular hexagon lug nuts before coming in so when the wheel lock lug nuts were removed, your employees would replace them with the regular hexagon shaped ones so I'm not riding around with only 4 lug nuts on each wheel. You do have my personal details. As stated before I do not wish to go to any of ****************** shops since he does bad business by lying, damaging his customers vehicles and not taking accountability.
