MY Prescription medication new **** had possession of not returned to me when I left this medical facility.business will not return phonecalls or emails. Would like my medication returned or replaced.Initial Complaint

I had an alcohol issue. I admitted myself to this facility. I blew a BAC of .27 when I checked in. I never signed anything that mentioned that I needed to give 24 hours notice to leave. I did not have a good experience here but that is not the point of this complaint. I felt uncomfortable for a variety of reasons and I wanted to leave and I am under the care of a psychiatrist through *************. Anyways, I wanted to leave and they would not let me leave without paying 2 thousand dollars because they said when I checked in (basically blacked out) that I had verbally agreed to give 24 hours notice before leaving. I do not remember any of this and they could not provide any documentation that I signed that I agreed to they just said it was their policy.I struggle sharing a room with other males and that was a stipulation of me agreeing to go there and they verbally agreed to do that and as soon as I voiced to the night time nurse the day before and said I was having thought of leaving and seeking outpatient treatment then all of a sudden the next day (Friday Apr 28) I got moved into a different house where I had to share a room. I told them that part of my requirement was that I need my own room and I had told them that and they guaranteed me that and then they said the person must have forgotten to write it down because they had no record of that. Yet when I checked myself in they made it a point to get a single room initially.All that to say I had to pay 2K because eve though I let a nurse know the night before I left they said that was not sufficient and didnt have it documented and they would not let me stay until 12:01am but could not provide a reason for it. The nurses that I talked to at the end did not care whatsoever. You have people trying to seek help and unfortunately it is all about money to them and I just want my 2K back because I paid it just to get my belongings back and leave that is how bad it was.****
