I hired them to trim trees in our backyard. They trimmed the trees and in doing so damaged an expensive outdoor table. I talked to them and their Marketing Manager, *************************, he said that he had talked to the owners and they all agreed they stand behind their company and would repair our table. I told him I would try to find someone and get back to him with a price. I started looking for someone. When I calked him again, he started ignoring me. I have passed along this information to the owners and will attempt contact with the property owner. We will need more information as the photos provided do not show in detail how this was damage done by our crew as this looks like wear and tear.

02/26/2024 I had 4 trees removed by Ace Enterprise.03/20/2024 *********** returned to grind the stumps of the 4 trees. Prior to grinding, I confirmed with the sales & marketing manager, *************************, they will be careful to avoid my water system and front yard lights. He confirmed, they would. However, they cut my water and light system. **** stated they were licensed and bonded and would return to fix the damage. On 4/10/2024, I was contacted by **** after I called him again and requested services to be done. He stated they would send their contractors to fix the issues. 05/08/2024, I have called and left messages to **** and receive no return call. 05/10/2024, I called the company and only receive voicemail.Business response

Hello,
Unfortunately **** is no longer with our company and we were not made aware of this issue. In the attached photo you can see that the electrical wires were imbedded into the tree that was removed, and we had no way of avoiding damaging them. We are going to speak with the customer to try and resolve this issue.

I am rejecting this response because:
The company failed to reach out to me to discuss options on repair and have done nothing to rectify the issue. We do not consider this matter closed until they reach out to settle the issue. We, myself and spouse, informed them prior to the ***** grinding to watch for the lights and the sprinkler system. The response we received, they were aware of their presence. We were informed by **** on 04/10/2034 that he informed the owner of the damages and we had 2 options to repair the situation: a) to repair it ourselves and submit the receipts to ACE for reimbursement or b) ACE would repair the issues. We chose to have ACE repair the issues. In addition, I called ACE on 05/10/2024 and was informed to contact ******** who covers the ********* area. I left a message for ******** and received no contact.
