I had previously taken my 2014 ************ into AK1 Motorsports to have my suspension worked, dated 4/28/2021. Months later I heard a noise coming from my suspension, I reached out to *****, the owner regarding it. After waiting I was finally able to bring it in on Dec 3rd. I picked it up on the 8th and noticed a cracked bumper. I reached out to *****, for which he took fault for the damage. Telling me to wait able to take it in. On Jan 26, 2022, ********** delivered it to him since I was out of town. He didn't sign any paperwork or any kind of waiver of liability. On Feb 23rd, ***** sent me a text saying that they had begun repairs. I would continue to check in, he would claim everything is finished but is waiting for a part. Eventually, I asked if this part is something I could install myself, to which he replied "yes". On May 26th I picked up my vehicle and asked them to mail me the part when it came in. ***** was not in the shop, and the employee gave me my keys, I didn't sign anything. After getting home, about an hour later, I noticed a dent and scratch in between my headlight and front tire, I quickly called the shop, and the person told me to send photos and they would get back to me asap. I started inspecting the rest of my vehicle, to only find a lot of other scratches and dents all around. Even the part that was supposed to be 'fixed' was still damaged. I sent those pictures to them as well. No one ever got back to me. So on May 31st, I reached out to ***** directly, I sent him the same photos and explained that none of this was there before entering the shop. It took until June 17th for ***** to tell me that my vehicle sat parked outside at their shop for a long time and they had nothing to do with the damages. He even suggested I reported it to my insurance as vandalism. AK1 had my car for 5 months, and at that time I had to pay my loan and insurance, only to see it in worse conditions than when it got there. Please see the full statement attached.Initial Complaint

Their new address is **************************************************** months ago they did my front and rear brake job. Made me pay over $700.00 with aftermarket parts, not even OEM parts. This week I noticed my front driver side brakes has a metal to metal sound when I brake and smelled burnt brake pads. I called there to it checked since this is a safety issue, and I don't want my daughter to be in an accident. They said to bring it by, which I did next day. Went there a technician was there that I personally saw that did dismantle my car when they did it, but they said a different tech installed the parts. They want the technician that wasn't there to check it. So I said I come back later. When I came back later after 3 hours, they said the technician left. So I left again. While the other technician could have checked for safety issues, instead of letting me go there two times.
