I made bought an amplifier online from *** *** for my Nephew. Amp was advertised as new and in stock, they advertise that most all orders placed before ***** ship the same day. Which was great because I was behind the curve on getting the gift for my Nephew. Next day i get an email saying the amp was a Demo and had a tear on the front of it and was offered a discount. I was upset because they should have advertised this info on the add. I was worried I wouldn't get the amp in time now sense they waited a day to tell me this. They offered me a discount on the amp and mailed it out to me. When I get the amp they didn't bother mailing all the components with it. So I talk to a few people and get a call saying they found it and would be mailing it out. I asked for them to overnight mail it and they won't do this for whatever reason. It's now several days past my Nephews birthday so I haven't even been able to give it to him as it's not complete missing the footswitch. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM *** *** AGAIN! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND WHEN THEY MAKE NOT ONE BUT TWO MISTAKES THEY DON'T OFFER OR RUSH TO RESOLVE IT. BUY FROM SWEETWATER, OR ANY OTHER INSTRUMENT STORE! Sweetwater prides themselves on customer satisfaction. What an absolute disgrace of a company. They should think about restructuring the management. They can OVERNIGHT mail me the footswitch or send me a return slip to mail the amp back because I do not want to patronise such an awful company! Even if they overnight mail the footswitch and then offered me **** in store credit I would just take the footswitch and tell them to keep the store credit that's how awful of a company they are!
