      I recently purchased an AcmeCorp Triple Bunk Bed and the package was missing most of the main parts to build the bunk bed. When I called the their direct customer service number describing the issue, they told me I would not be able to be issued replacement parts, nor would I even be able to buy them if I wanted to because I did not have an account with them. The product purchased was brand new, in the box missing some of the main structure. As per other reviews of damaged products on this website it does not seem surprising. I am not sure how parts are not able to be issued. My end result/settlement would be to be sent the missing parts I need to build my children's bunk bed. This is the only way to resolve the issue.

Now ACME says we don't deal with customers directly, and even refuse to provide with an authorized repair facility from which I can get it repaired and are rude and refuse to stand by on the product that they manufacture. If You call them they hung up the phone. Twice it happened and even with so sobber tone from customer they openly said that we didn't sold you the sofa you paid money to the supplier not us, so we cannot help you, my request to *** is that I feel that it is wrong that the manufacture is not standing behind there own Good Manufacture Practice, which means there QA department Is not checking whats coming out in market and can cause serious injury to some one as the spings if got loose or revert back can cause a serious injury, I will request**** a serious inquiry in their manufacturing practices.

      I bought coffe table from them The table was dropped on drive way with tore box. I didn't realize they are 3rd party on ******. I've contacted ****** and them more than 20 times.es for them to pick up the damaged item. No solution yet. Thanks Still waiting and I'm getting tired of it. I need my refund Thanks
