At about 4:20 pm on 12/18, I (********) and my family (*************************) came to this restaurant for dinner. We took a few bites after the food was served and found the rice to be cold and the rest of the food to be just lukewarm. We immediately asked the waiter to replace the rice, but it still tasted weird. After dinner, we returned directly to************** from *************** and have not eaten other food since then. At about 8:30 pm, my family members and I started to have diarrhea one after another, and the symptoms lasted for more than 24 hours until we took ************* medicine. In the early morning of 12/20, my mother started to have ********************* We are 100% sure that we got sick from eating unclean food at this restaurant because we haven't been elsewhere and have stayed home since then. In the past few days, we ate only congee. Before that, we didn't have any***************** problems. I tried to contact the manager of this store to ask for their apology. Still, his attitude was terrible terrible, and he didn't say a word of apology from the beginning to the end and told me they would not be responsible for this. During the communication, I mentioned the rice problem, and he explained that their waiter accidentally gave leftover rice from other tables to our table, so the rice was cold. I ate leftover rice from other tables. Isn't this a food safety issue?
