Unfortunately, this was the worst auto deal of my life. The salesperson who sold me the car lied multiple times about submitting the paperwork to get the car transferred in my name. I found out 2.5 months after they sold me the car that they never did. In fact, the *** told me nothing has change in the car's title since 2021. When I called them with this newfound information, they came clean and said that they never even had the title. They were waiting on the auction to give it to ******* bank(which I financed) gave me a notice saying they would increase my APR by an additional 10% if I do not come up with ownership of the vehicle soon. That would have cost me $12,000 extra over the cost of my loan. I made bucketbuddy aware of this issue and they ensure me that they would be contacting the auction. Great! However I called a week later and they said they will now contact them. I had enough with the lies and fake promises, i demanded they take back the car. The temporary tag is about to expire so soon I cannot drive the car legally. Weeks went by, the tags are expired, and they were ignoring me whenever I contact them about the issue. They finally agreed to talk and it was agree between me, my bank, and bucket buddy, that they will send the bank a full refund for the car plus interest. My bank informed me that any money left over after the payoff amount would be added to my savings account. Bucketbuddy went back to ignoring me and refusing to send tracking number of the check. I had to get the tracking via DMV investigator. Instead of sending the full amount as agreed, they only sent the pay off amount. By a miracle I got one of them on the phone and they said they would give me the remaining amount directly to me. I am ready to put this behind me, so hopefully they send the check in the mail and can pick up this otherwise wonderful car.

**** the owner, was honest and no pressure. I have never bought a car from anyone like this. Plus his cars were all nice high end cars priced to sell. I flew in from ********* to check out the car and I was pleased at what I got. I would definitely recommend BuvkehBuddy Auto LLC IN WEST SACREMENTO , CA. to anyone who wants a great deal for the money. I even had the car checked out by a mechanic. No surprises.
