I found Jay Part shop on social media, he has a following of ****** people. He was very responsive during our transaction, he allegedly shipped my item the next day after payment. He sent a tracking number too. Its now 2 weeks since its supposed to be delivered he has stopped all contact and the delivery service can not be contacted. This is a scam!Initial Complaint

On July 4, 2022 I found this companys Instagram page selling car parts I scrolled through the page and found a set of rims and tires that I was interested in I contacted this person to make this purchase and I paid this person $1000 through Zelle. They gave me a tracking number and the website to track the shipment. The expected delivery date was July 11, 2022 it was not delivered I waited about two days for the shipment but it never arrived so then I contacted the shipper and I got no response from numerous attempts Ive sent emails Ive used their online chat system Ive even called their phone number but I got no luck. Then I contacted Jay part shop to find out the status of my shipment he responded that he was going to go to their office the next morning two days later I texted *** pot shop to find out if he got any updates she read my messages but did not respond I texted him again about two days later and he did the same thing he read it but did not reply I again attempted to contact the shipper but still I got no luck the phone number came out to a ****** subscriber number there wet the Did not respond I texted him again about two days later and he did the same thing he read it but did not reply I again attempted to contact the shipper but still I got no luck the phone number came out to a ****** subscriber number The shippers website did not have a proper address it just gave the street name city and state their phone number was a ******** number and it was also a ****** subscriber number. As of today it has been 17 days since the expected delivery date and through this time I have been trying to contact both the company and the shipper to find out whats going on yet Ive had no luck. Im starting to think that they have stole my money by scamming me.
